Nestled in the rolling hills between Siena (a 35-minute drive) and Florence (a 1-hour drive), the property provides easy access to many of Tuscany\'s historic towns and wineries of the wider Chianti region.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and enjoys direct access to a shared panoramic terrace that\'s furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. The perfect setting for a slow breakfast, an evening aperitivo, or a quiet night under the stars. There\'s also a shared swimming pool with countryside views, a BBQ and a garden that\'s ideal for reading, sunbathing, or unwinding.

The property\'s characterful, air-conditioned interior features many original features, including a cool terracotta tiled floor, rustic wood-beamed ceiling, and exposed stone walls. Guests can relax in the cosy living room that\'s furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the shared terrace and garden.

The separate, eat-in kitchen is fitted with a dining table, a Moka coffee machine, a Cooker Hob and a fridge freezer. This space overlooks the pool and also enjoys direct access to the private terrace.
