“House was as advertised - great space, clean, fun game room, relaxing yard and close walk to beach. Only nits, kitchen was missing some amenities, and no clubs for putt-putt in yard - but otherwise great cabin and recommend!”

“Located in the foothills about 15 minutes south of Fairbanks. Lovely, peaceful property. Feels isolated but plenty of other properties around. I went in Sept and as the leaves fell off the trees neighbors were revealed, but very quiet for the most part. I could hear the airport on very quiet nights but only when the weather wasn't the greatest. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Bunk beds for an adult not so much, but there is a pull out couch in the living room that we never used. House...
