HOUSE RULES & POLICIES



NO SMOKING: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or out.

NO PETS: No pets permitted.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM per College Place city ordinance.

REGISTERED GUESTS: Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests permitted.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties or events of any kind.

PARKING: 2 spots in front of the house. Do not block the garage doors.

DAMAGE REPORTING: Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible.



CANCELLATION POLICY: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout.

The Parkview House sits in a quiet residential neighborhood in College Place, directly beside Walla Walla — one of the Pacific Northwest’s most celebrated wine regions. The street is peaceful, Lion’s Park is right across the road, and Walla Walla University is a short walk away. The Parkview Loft, a separate short-term rental, is located next door and may have its own guests during your stay.
