“A bunch of old ags came to stay to go to an AM basketball game. The place is as advertised. Good location to campus, does have a shared laundry room with the back cottage but it was clean and great size for us. I would stay again”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home was clean and well-maintained. While the townhome is located next to a busy highway, which results in some road noise, this does not impact the quality of the property. I would recommend staying here.”

“The property was nice. The location to A&M is great and it's near a lot of restaurants. The only drawback was the Bryan waste water plant is not far away and there were times you could smell a sewer odor. Otherwise our stay was great.”

“This property was perfect. We were in town for Ring Day at A&M but we don’t love staying in CStat, it’s just too busy. This house was only 25 mins from A&M so we could easily drive back and forth. The house is in excellent condition, exactly as described. The property manager was quick to answer any questions.
