“Very nice quirky hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was yummy snd freshly cooked. Staff pleasant the hotel is very small with rooms upstairs. A very narrow set of stairs to the rooms. Ours was on the third level and it was hard to get our bags up. I would stay there again but i would take a small bag with what i needed to the room and leave the suitcases in the car. Street parking. Just what i imagined an English pub to be. Lovely ”

“Hotel céntrico localizado en un Pub. Las instalaciones eran correctas, el baño totalmente renovado. La habitación un poco pequeña. No tenía aislamiento de ruidos y casi se podía oír respirar a los clientes de la habitación de al lado. Desayuno correcto. ”

“I got bitten what I think was bed bugs during my stay. Tried to get in contact with the hotel after my visit to hear if they have had problems, but almost impossible so I gave up in the end.”

“A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you.”

“Best staff, food and service”

“This property is convenient for Warwick and has a large car park. However the room was very basic - uncomfortable beds and outdated pine furniture, a cracked and peeling lampshade and tiny TV. The main problem for us was the road noise. It is right next to a busy and fast road and the noise in the room was just terrible. We were booked for 2 nights but left after the first one as we practically didn't sleep. The staff/owners of the property were just LOVELY and couldn't have been more helpful....

“Muy buen hotel con un montón de servicios, piscina, gimnasio, restaurante, bar, etc. Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas, necesitaría una renovación pero en general es lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El único problema que tiene este hotel es el tamaño del parking que es demasiado pequeño y es difícil encontrar aparcamiento para el coche”

“Super overnight stay, our hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is situated in the countryside very quiet how we like it. There are a few pubs five to ten minutes away that serve excellent food. ”
