“We were very impressed with the owner! The air conditioner was broken in the first home! Contacted the owner and he was Extremely accommodating and put us in another house the was an upgrade and didn’t charge us extra! Both places were Very nice!! Will go back again!! At least a 5 star for me or above!”

“The neighbors were loud through both nights of our stay. Loud TVs and thin walls. Occasional yelling. The first thing we were greeted with when we came through the first door was the ripe scent of weed and loud music, and it was past midnight. The second night when we arrived, the driveway was blocked so we had to park on the street. The unit overall was great but the environment surrounding it was not.”

“This home is situated in a neighborhood of burned out houses just to start. We arrived to the neighbors dogs running at us and he greeting us with “hey” as he ran to the street to make a transaction. The driveway is a navigation nightmare. The front yard has a large clay planter that has been smashed and sitting there for quite sometime. You have to wrestle the door to open the unit to be greeted with the smell of cat urine. “It has potential to be better. Nice room, comfortable bed. Bathroom floor was dirty. No staff onsite, but, were available through a chat. Nicely decorated/industrial loft vibe. Thin walls, we could hear everyone around and above us- we were also next to the elevator and a very loud group right above our unit had a late check in on our last night with multiple trips on the elevator (no less than 8). We had to wonder about fire safety- our unit had a sealed inaccessible window and no fire escape...

“He tenido la peor experiencia desde que hace varios años utilizo a hoteles.com para reservar los hoteles, no entiendo por que se prestan para reservar un airbnb, porque esto es lo que es este aparhotel.Para ser cortos el chek in fue terrible, la puerta de la habitación se trabo y estuvimos mas de media hora para tratar de comunicarnos con alguien que nos ayudara casi tengo que llamar al 911 porque mi esposa se puso mal,(despues de eso tuvimos que dormir sin poder asegurarla puerta),al otro dia...

“The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.”
