“The owner was an excellent communicator and answered immediately each time I had a question. Everything was as advertised, check in was easy. The location is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach or to town. Lots of great restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. South Beach is a great place for kids and has magnificent sunsets! There are lots of great sporting activities for the whole family. This apartment was very comfortable with a big screen tv and well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds....

“The loft was impeccably clean. Directions were clear and check in was easy. Host was very responsive. You do hear the restaurant below but if you’re watching TV, you hardly notice. And they quite done as the closer. There are neighbors above (I believe) with a small child that made some noise each morning. That said, the loft itself was great and I was up anyway. Close to everything. No problems parking or accessing the property. Shower was wonderful. Would book again. ”

“I was impressed with the layout and the way it was decorated. The restaurant downstairs looked impressive, but we did not eat there. The loft was well equipped for our stay and even had a free washer and dryer for our use. My only wish was that there was a curtain over the bedroom window and not just blinds, and that the balcony door locked. The secure off-street parking was a plus.”
