“The breakfast was very average. One of the room’s ceiling fan was non functional and water kept dripping from 3-4 different places all the time. Shower was old in same room’s bathroom. Shower was very slow in another bathroom. Toilette commode was slow draining in another one. Pillows and beds were not comfortable. Internet was slow. ACs were not cooling the rooms and lounge area. Over all this place charges way more than what is provided. We liked that we had an attendant available all the time...

“The place is run down. Hot tub wasnt working, was old, and never worked. Our room was not serviced daily. None of the TVs in the entire unit worked. There were no keys to our safe upon arrival. There was no hot water in some of our rooms for the entire trip, even when we reset the instant hot water tank and let the water run for 10 minutes. We paid for an early check-in, and they were not ready to host us. Do not let the affiliation with SoHo fool you. There are much better places to stay...
