“No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. “This was our third stay at Sand Lakes Cottages, so yes, we are very pleased with all aspects.”

“The property was good for our small dog. No complaints. Unfortunately, we could not sit out by the lake as the weather was lousy.”

“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”

“Rooms in good shape. Location kept clean, nice treat from customer service.”

“The hotel building is fine recently renovated. However they could use a gardener outside to pull the 3 ft high weeds. The towels and definitely need to be tossed and replaced and the shower curtain was quite dingy. If they make those changes it would be worth another star on the rating. Good breakfast!”
