Urinal in men’s restroom had no water for flushing, soap dispenser was broken, side entry door was broken, outside trash can had no liner inside, refrigerator in my room was broken, staff was not welcoming at all.

Great hotel….but
Overall it’s a fantastic hotel with a great rate. Rooms and beds are great. However, the breakfast is barely edible. Things are out and they are cutting corners. But the coffee…we’re in 2024, can we get more sugar substitutes besides sweet n low and plain sugar???

The first room number we were given was actually occupied and we walked in on someone watching tv! The second room we were given only had one trash can, the tub was broken (didn’t turn off (leaking so much water during a drought should be a punished with a fine) and didn’t divert water to the shower nozzle properly; created a mess). The shades didn’t close properly and it’s crazy bright outside with their flood lights.

The room was clean but it had some shortcomings. The TV did not work and when we complained to the manager, she said the maintenance man had left so we did not have TV. We also did not have a shower curtain in our room until we called the manager who brought one up. I would have thought whoever reviewed the rooms would have caught these items. Also, there was no toilet paper in the first floor men's room.

It was easy enough to find, right off the interstate. It was quiet (for being right off the interstate). The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about it that it was a very thin top sheet as a comforter, I wish I would have brought a thicker blanket! Also, the AC had a sound, basically like the fan was on 24/7 and that was a little difficult to sleep through. Overall, the stay was good!

Nice Rest Stop
Went to see family in Colorado City. The hotel had easy access to the highway and downtown. Rooms were adequate. Good showers, hot water and comfortable bed. Exactly what we needed. And breakfast was a nice addition when we wanted something quick like juice, coffee or fruit. Would definitely stay again.

I will never stay here again.
The motel smelled like sewer when we walked in. We were supposed to get a room that slept 5. We got a room with one bed and a small couch. The bathroom had one towel and no soap. i went to ask for soap and towels and was told that the towels were being washed and they were completely out of soap. The next morning they didn't have any coffee or breakfast ready before we had to leave.

Down side to stay, i booked through travel ap, and paid prior to checking in. Hotel wanted cc on file for "incidentals", no problem...except they charged me again for room.
