Estoy emocionado de finalmente tener esta casa en la lista de VRBO. The Mountain Retreat está situado en un acre de tierra boscosa, con una combinación ideal de privacidad y cercanía a todos los lugares de interés de Colorado Springs y sus alrededores. La casa tiene excelentes vistas de Ute Pass, y las montañas circundantes. Sal por la puerta principal, o envuélvete alrededor de la cubierta, y la hermosa naturaleza que caracteriza a Colorado está ahí. Colibríes, ciervos, zorros y osos negros, por nombrar algunos.

La casa es grande y espaciosa, con techos abovedados y mucho espacio para amigos y familiares.
-SÓLO AÑADIDO HOTTUB-
Hay 2 salas de estar separadas dentro de la casa. El sótano tiene su propia cocina completa y sala de estar, con 2 dormitorios adicionales. Hay 2 plazas de aparcamiento en el garaje, así como 2 plazas de aparcamiento en el camino de entrada. La casa también viene con Wifi de alta velocidad y cable. Otras comodidades incluyen, y una hamaca porche. En la cubierta Wrap around, hay una parrilla de propano y muchos asientos al aire libre para barbacoas o cenas. Como se mencionó anteriormente, compré un nuevo hottub para 6 personas con iluminación ambiental LED y funciones de agua.

This house was the perfect spot for my big family to get together and enjoy meals and games at. We loved the big open living space and large kitchen.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights at Christmas, and it was the perfect setting for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 kids for the stay. There was plenty of room for all (1 family had the whole downstairs to play in). It was supplied with all that we needed. The host was very quick in response to all my questions, and even put up a Christmas tree so we could really celebrate the holiday. Close to North Pole/Santa's Workshop, Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and shopping. Some of the adults hiked the trail that was across the road, and got some beautiful views of Pike's Peak. The rest of us just hung around enjoying the deck and view.

Memorial Weekend

This house is very family friendly. My 7 month old had plenty of room to crawl around and it was very baby safe. My 5 year old loved how she could go outside on the deck and watch for wildlife and go walking in the woods. Very comfortable stay and beautiful views. Very easy to get to just about anywhere. We would definintly stay here again.

Great view lots of room

We stayed with 12 family members total. Everyone loved the gouse and views. Close to fishing for some and city for others.I will say its bot a 5 star resort...dont expect that. We loved it though!

We had a great stay. Beautiful views from the wrap around deck, we loved hanging out there. Enjoyed seeing all the different birds and deer. Great place for our family reunion/vacation. Convenient location to get to various attractions and to Woodland Park and Manitou Springs. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and bedding. 2 kitchens which came in handy. Hot tub was perfect. Communication with Mr. Laggart was great, very quick and responsive. We recommend staying here.

Great House

Family of 7 with plenty of room for all. We loved the back deck for visiting all day long! Lots of birds and deer to watch. We would stay there again.

Great property. Definitely a mountain property so no trails or hiking available at the location but a great place to stay in the Colorado Springs area.

This place should be your first choice

Absolutely loved the house, the view, and the quiet coziness you get for the price. Its nestled near Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, The cave settlements, and the Cave tour where you can visit the location, tire yourself out then in less than 10 mins be back at the house to take a nap to recharge. Just be mindful driving through the neighborhood there was a lot of deer roaming in the area.

Beautiful Property, Incredible Views

The home was great for the two of us and would be absolutely perfect for large groups. The views are stunning, the hot tub is a fantastic bonus and the garage is great. The bed was comfy, and the couch was great for relaxing. Super easy check in and check out.

This is a beautiful home in a very nice location. Plenty of room for everyone. If you love the mountains, you will love the view. The home owner was excellent with communicating.

Fabulous views

The location has fabulous views and we all loved seeing the wildlife so close up. There were a few things that we felt should have been a little cleaner, but overall, not near as bad as some motels/hotels we have been to and here at least we had plenty of space. My grandkids have already asked me if we can come back!

Colorado Springs stay over

Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable beds, open floor plan makes it really nice for hanging out together, large kitchen, laundry facilities were great, hot tub clean, and barbeque grill! Nice view of the mountains off the deck. Spent many mornings and evenings on the deck!

Great vrbo

Love the spaciousness of home. It was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the wildlfe. 3 deer were busy eating and resting just below the deck every day. And the beautiful birds came to the bird feeder everyday. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain retreat

We enjoyed the house it was very spacious and plenty of room for our big group. The road is very curvy and the driveway is downhill with 3 vehicles was a bit of a challenge at first but we figured it out. The views from the back deck were beautiful.

The house suited our needs for an extended family home base during a wedding. The porch with hummingbirds was relaxing & entertaining. There was plenty of room for separation as needed, Additionally, there were plenty of pots, pans, plates etc.

Fun Get Away Stay

It is a bit of a drive on narrow roads and steep climbs so we didn't venture out at night. We saw a lot of deer. It is easy access to Cascade and Manitou Springs.
