Beautifully decorated unit on great lot next to city park!

  • Stay in one side of this beautiful fully remodeled duplex in a fantastic location less than 5 minutes from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS). This home backs up to a beautiful city park that has tennis courts, a basketball court, playground and a swimming pool (seasonal). It is a short drive to all the great attractions in Colorado Springs such as Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods.
    This two- bedroom home sleeps 4. This home is recently remodeled and is so clean and comfortable you might not want to leave. The kitchen features granite countertops and comes with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including seating for 4. The updated bathroom has a newly tiled shower and tub. The home is fully furnished and includes a washer and dryer. Cable TV and wireless internet are also available. The units have both been upgraded with sophisticated AC/heating. The backyard is fenced for your privacy and includes a patio with a grill and a picnic table. You can also enjoy your morning coffee while sitting at the table overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and the park! There is a large private parking area for off-street parking.
    There are trails that you can pick up just across the park for biking, walking, or running. Great shopping, fantastic restaurants, and all the amenities you need are only minutes away.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed here for roughly 2 weeks as a family of 3 and it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Stephen was a breeze and it was so nice that he allowed us to check in a few hours early to accommodate our child’s naptime. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would absolutely come back and stay.

Accommodating

It was a little bit of a challenge as this property faces an alley. When you’re told you have arrived be aware you still need to turn down the alley! There was work being done on a neighbors property so when we arrived there was a lot going on nearby so it wasn’t a quiet place for the first day but we were gone most of the day so it didn’t interfere that much. I was a little skeptical when I saw all the locks on the front doors, made me wonder how safe of a place it was going to be, but then the back patio door had only your typical lock with no additional type of safety mechanism. There was a couple lights that we couldn’t get to work and the bathtub didn’t drain very well but sure that has been taken care of as I left a note indicating these things All in all it is a very nice place!! Steve was an awesome guy and we enjoyed our visit upon our arrival with him!!

Home away from home.

We moved to Colorado springs looking to buy or rent a house and this place was perfect for our temporary home. It's clean, comfortable, close to all the sights, and has everything you might need. The owner, Steve, is very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. He was available to answer any questions we had. This place is close to a park, which my kids loved, and close to running/biking trails. It even has a cute little yard. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Colorado springs.

A great home away from home

Steve was welcoming and very accomodating during my stay, making sure all my needs and questions were taken care of. The home itself was great - spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good location, quiet and also close to shopping and food. I'd enjoy another stay at this property in the future, and would recommend it to others.

Quiet comfy place with most everything

This is in a quiet neighborhood backed up to a park. It is a very quiet Park and our stay was great. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They just need night stands with electric plugs in the king bed room. We would like to rent this place again next year

WONDERFUL & AMAZING

We can;t say enough good things about our 2 month stay. The duplex was beautiful, well furnished and felt spacious. The view from the back yard into the park was exciting and relaxing. Steve and Diane the owners could not do enough for us. We have already signed up for next year at the same time. To sum up......WONDERFUL & AMAZING

Very nice place

We stayed here for 3 days and loved it! It’s backs right up to a neighborhood park with walking track play ground tennis court and a community pool! The owners were great and enjoyed visiting with them when we arrived. This place has everything you need. Home away from home. Thanks for letting us stay! I’m sure we will be back!

Perfect for our needs

The property had everything we needed moving back to the US from Europe with a baby. Steve was great and there to help whenever we needed it. The grill in the backyard with a gate leading to the the park was great. And most importantly: good WiFi to get on the internet and figure things out in a new place. Overall a great stay

We would stay again!

Beautiful, cozy home. It had everything we needed. Steve and Diane were great. Easy to get ahold of and helpful. The house backs to a beautiful park and we were able to enjoy the vibrant Colorado sunrises over the Park. If you’re looking for a great place to stay this is it. The house is conveniently located which makes it easy to get anywhere in Colorado Springs. We would definitely stay here again.
