The space
We proudly and directly manage a 5 star cleaning team that has been thoroughly coached in disinfection and sanitation. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority.

This thoughtfully restored Victorian home has brand new smoked hickory wood floors, high ceilings, large windows and authentic charm throughout. The home is equipped with heat and central air for your comfort. Enjoy a well appointed kitchen, onsite laundry, spacious bathroom, vintage typewriter and record player, yoga mats, fenced in yard, lit pergola with seating, and patio dining set. Furnished with a chic, bohemian style that feels rich and welcoming: everything about this home says comfort and relaxation.

OUTDOOR SPACE: FIREPIT, GRILL, PERGOLA
Sip your morning coffee from the patio chairs on the front porch or underneath a lit pergola in the fenced in backyard. Have breakfast at the outdoor dining set to soak in the beautiful Colorado sunshine. Grill with friends or cook s'mores at the fire pit.

HOT TUB
Mineral Spa Hot tub - uses minerals for sanitation instead of chlorine just like the hot springs in the mountains. 7 person, 65 jets with waterfall.

LONGBOARDS & BICYCLES
Longboards and vintage bicycles are available for rent! This is so close to downtown, there is no better way to see the sights.

LIVING & DINING
Enjoy luxurious furnishings in a spacious living area while watching Hulu, Netflix and other apps on the 50” TV. Enjoy relaxing scents from a diffuser with complimentary essential oils provided. Write a note on an old-fashioned typewriter while listening to records on a vintage suitcase style record player. Share a meal at a refinished antique table. Partake in some morning yoga with provided mats and DVD. Numerous live plants make the space inviting.

KITCHEN
Cook a meal (or just make some coffee!) in the efficient but fully loaded kitchen with porcelain farmhouse style sink and butcher block counter tops. Dishes and mugs are even hand-crafted by the property owner! We provide tea, coffee, coffee filters, cream, sugar and sugar-free sweetener, pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a kettle. For an added local touch, we’ve included a selection of Colorado-made sodas so you can sip and savor some homegrown flavor during your stay.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms include brand new comfy queen mattresses, high quality bedding and vintage décor. We provide a pack n play and kids booster seat. A jogging stroller and full high chair are available on request.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is spacious and features a period clawfoot tub in a sweet, sunlit nook. Two vanities allow for multiple “get ready” stations and we provide a few makeup cloths. You can expect spa quality shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap and lotion. We provide a hair dryer, first aid kit, cotton balls, cotton swabs and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.

LAUNDRY
The laundry room has an updated washer and dryer set, iron and ironing board and we provide some detergent.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property including living,room, dining room, kitchen, bath, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. Enjoy a gated front yard with porch, fully fenced in back yard with lit pergola, hot tub, fire pit, grill and patio dining set.

Other things to note
PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The cost of the pet clean is collected via. If your stay is longer than five days, we collect an additional fee depending on length of your stay once your reservation is confirmed. We are happy to host both you and your pets!

ADDITIONAL FEES: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us ahead of time for pricing.

SMOKING: This is a smoke free property. It is in a scenic neighborhood to take a walk.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is child locked for safety. We ask that a QR code is scanned and a liability agreement is signed before using. Once it is signed, it will automatically provide you with a code to unlock the hot tub.
