Fantastic cosy place to stay. Clean with well appointed kitchen and laundry. Cute breakfast nook and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Steps away from hiking trails, creek and nature center. We will definitely stay here again!

A lovely place for a three day getaway. Very nicely furnished, great towels (a big plus for me), super comfy bed, quiet location, fully stocked kitchen, great communication. A definite 5 star accommodation.

Everything We Needed

Nice location, saw a mule deer resting and grazing in adjacent property. All needs met and comfortable temp in cottage. Liked the washer and dryer with detergent furnished. Plenty of coffee. Clean and comfortable. Close to so many attractions.

Cute cottage

Very pleasant and responsive host. It was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding and linens were very nice. Washer and dryer conveniently located in kitchen. Lots of Colorado literature. Host thought of everything…..bear spray, sunscreen, lotion, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, games. It is conveniently located to fun downtown and mountain adventures. We saw deer in the yard frequently.

Perfect location for from property mountain biking. Wildlife galore, deer, and even black bear with cubs in the yard! Bear spray provided in the cottage but felt safe and was able to just watch the action!

The cutest!

I will start with the title meaning. This place is just the cutest place, so well decorated and clever with all nooks and crannies that are all part of the charm. It is so well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Location was quiet, and just so comfortable. We will definitely be back if this is available on any future trips. Thank you for sharing this with us.

6 stars-extra credit

In a quiet neighborhood close (15-20min) to everything we wanted to do. It is difficult to get out of the parking spot but that is the only thing negative I can say. Questions were answered promptly. Large king bed is comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. But the reason for the extra credit is this was the best stocked house we have stayed in. Just about any condiment or item needed for cooking is supplied. There are frozen glasses in freezer to assist in enjoying a cold beverage after a hot day. There were altitude sickness patches, umbrella, ice scraper for car, puzzles, books, games, movies, actually decent toilet paper, and a lot more. Just about anything you might take for granted at home but almost never have when traveling was there. We will stay again next time we are visiting the Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs area.

Recent stay to visit Manitou Springs area, the Broadmoor cottage made a great base. Located within 15 minutes from many day adventures in the area. We had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond and take care of any issues we needed. Perfect fr two.

My daughter and her friend booked the cottage and absolutely loved it. They said it was super cute and the hosts could not have been more accomodating. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Cozy and clean little cottage

A fantastic hideaway very close (13 min walk) to the Broadmoor Hotel, yet it feels like you're a world away. Very comfortable, in great condition, and plenty of elbow room throughout. Boffo!

I enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay here again. Parking is rather tricky....especially in snow! I did not feel comforatble parking on the street close by (for safety reasons), and the "backing out" was challenging in the snow, since nothing is plowed in the driveway and the street you back out onto.
