Home and hosts rate 5 stars!

Enjoyed every moment at this very clean, comfortable, well-located house with every amenity we needed. Loved the walkable neighborhood close to several restaurants, trails and parks. Fireplace and fire table especially nice for our October stay. Kristine went above and beyond by mailing something I forgot. Hope we can return.

Convenient and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything we needed as a family of 4. Property owner, Kristine, was amazing. She checked in to see how things were going and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Highly recommended! Pike’s Peak view included

This is one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed at. Very clean and comfortable with more amenities and extras than I can list. Kitchen clean and well-stocked. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Window seat, outdoor lighting, fire table on front deck all fun extras. Backyard view of Pike’s Peak, deck and seating, and landscaping all added to our stay. We loved the location, close to Memorial Park and Prospect Lake, Shook’s Run green space, several restaurants and a coffee shop, and even Walgreen’s. The owner’s manual was very readable and helpful. Last but not least communication with Kristine was welcoming and appreciated. Planning a return visit!

Wonderful home ~ Terrific location!

This home is extremely clean and well equipped. Location was very central … close to downtown yet situated in the suburbs. Property owner was genuinely concerned about our comfort, and checked in with us to ask if we needed anything else. What I especially liked was the manual onsite. Every detail for this house was spelled out in the manual … from how to operate the TVs to how to use the Bluetooth speaker. Luv’d this house … thank you so much!

This house is wonderful. Great location, exceptionally clean and filled with every item a family might ever need! Kristine is one of the most incredibly communicative owners I have ever encountered. The "Welcome Book" is beyond helpful and informative. EVERYTHING is covered and we always knew where to go, what to do, and how to get there. We will be back - excellent home - one of our faves!

Everything about this place is awesome!

I can honestly say this is the nicest property we have stayed at in Colorado Springs. The location was fantastic, the communication with owner was great but most of all the house was amazing. Everything was perfect. The property is so well thought out and every space is used to its fullest extent. I would most definitely stay here again and again. Thank you for allowing us to use your property, it was amazing!

The Hostess with the Mostess

This place was awesome! Lots of outdoor seating areas. The house is clean, warm and cozy with lots of things to do in close range. The hostess is the mostess. The owners of this property are very thoughtful, and very attentive. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Nice Renovated Home

We were presently surprised to see an older home totally renovated as an upscale property. It was very comfortable and had many neat electronic features which made our stay much more enjoyable. It’s close to downtown COS and to I25 making it easy to come and go quickly.. you want be disappointed with this excellent home!

Excellent Property

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes over the years and this one is definitely one of our favorites. It was exactly as described, the yard was precious and the outdoor spaces were really well done. Inside it had every thing we needed and more. Kristine was excellent to work with and very attentive to us. We have visited COS many times; we love this neighborhood and know it well so it was perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great home in perfect location!

This home was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us to feel like home but quaint enough for us to spend much needed time together. The card and board games were a nice tough for family time! The location was perfect for getting out and about in the area and just minutes from downtown. Communication was some of the best we've ever had and much appreciated for ease of travel. The owners did such a good job making us feel at home away from home. We plan on coming back to Colorado Springs and have no doubt we will stay here again!

Fantastic home!

We stayed here for a week in July 2022. I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this is definitely in my top three. The HopHay family thought of literally EVERYTHING you could need during a stay here in CO Springs. Kitchen: It was clean and extremely well stocked. We cooked several meals and there wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't available. The knives were even sharp!! Bathrooms: Again, all very clean with towels and paper products provided. Bedrooms: Spacious, clean, comfy Indoor living spaces: Everything we needed, clean, comfortable Outdoor living spaces: There are a wide variety of outdoor spaces that truly double the size of the house. I am so happy we chose to stay here and would return in a heartbeat. A big thanks to the HopHay family.

Relaxing Colorado Springs getaway

What a wonderful stay! The house is a beautifully renovated property with lots of character and so, so clean. I would have to say this house was cleaner than even a lot of the newer properties we’ve stayed at before. The host, Kristin went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even welcoming us with baked cookies, wine, and a gift bag. Communication was amazing with her even sending us a message to let us know that the house was ready for early check-in. An unexpected surprise! We also received the welcome guide in advance, which helped us plan our trip prior to coming. All the recommendations in there were spot-on, so do not skip out on reading their recs. She even emailed us to “customize” the amenities since she knew we were traveling with two little ones. Make sure to spend some time in the backyard- it is gorgeous. If we come back to Colorado Springs, I will book this place again!
