We had a wonderful week at this amazing little cabin in the mountains. The cabin was exactly as described and pictured. We were able to see the amazing aspens in their fall splendor. As suggested we drove to Cripple Creek, a must see. I would recommend anyone wanting a private getaway to consider this lovely home.

The house was very clean, maybe even cleaner than mine! It was well stocked with just about everything you'd need to make a meal. The hot tub was a big plus. Just be careful with the turn onto Valley Road if you have a long vehicle. We couldn't make it without backing up. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The property has beautiful views and the cabin was cozy, perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay there again! Jason and Renee are very thorough and made our vacation seamless and smooth. We just sat back and relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it!

We had a great stay. The location is great to be able to get to things to do, yet still be secluded in the mountain. We went to Royal Gorge Railroad, COG Railway for Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, Mueller State Park, Horsethief trail, and Florissant Fossil Beds. All within an easy drive, and the come back to relax in own space and enjoy the hot tub! We had some deer come through. We had everything we needed, and cabin was very nice and clean. It was a great experience for a family vacation. My kids loved the assortment of games, and we read books from the library.

This property was perfect for us. It was at the end of the road, surrounded by aspens and evergreens. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of playing tourists at the many attractions within an hours drive. When weather turned spicy and we needed to go inside, the couch fit all 5 of us as we caught up on 3 years apart. Wifi allowed us to stay in touch with family back home so they didn't worry.

Great place for family to stay. Property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We came prepared with a 4x4, which we highly recommend, though the little Mitsubishi sedan another family member arrived in did fine. Beautiful views and far enough away from civilization to get that isolated feel. We highly recommend this stay!

Everything about this cabin is great, and we very much enjoyed our stay. It was all clean and neat, the kitchen had everything we needed, everything worked... It was cozy and comfy, yet still had enough space for us all to laze around reading and playing games. It's just the right distance from towns and activities if you want to go explore or get food, or you can just stay at the cabin and not see a single person if you don't want to. Beautiful views, day and night. Hot tub was great. Games, books, and movies provided were appreciated. Plenty of towels for showers and hot tub. Sleds were also appreciated and there are some perfect sledding hills. The hosts were wonderful - we arrived after a large snow storm, and they stayed in communication with us about the status of us being able to access the cabin. They spent most of the day of our arrival shoveling and digging out the cabin, hot tub, and furnace vent, which was very much appreciated. They could easily have cancelled our stay, but they went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic trip! The cabin is super clean and well kept. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and there are such great views and trails nearby. We loved stargazing from the hot tub at night. Jason and Renee were incredibly communicative throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much!

The property is as described and very well appointed. Very clean and easy access to lots of activities. The master bed was very firm. It was difficult going from ours to that level of firmness but we did eventually get comfortable. The hot tub at the end of long days exploring was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Great cabin in a secluded area. Close enough to see the sites but far enough to enjoy the peaceful setting of nature. The kids loved exploring outside and the hot tub was great after a day of walking/hiking.

We absolutely loved our stay, beautiful views, the owners were very responsive and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed and things we didnt even know we needed. My only complaint is it does not have AC and we were hoping to be able to roam around and explore but we were not aloud. All in all we had a great time and would definitely come back

This cabin was juat as pictured but even better. It was quiet, cozy and just the most lovely place we have stayed. They have it completely furnished with everything you need and more. I was able to cook everything we wanted without having to go grab any extras. Definitely would love to return for another family vacation.

This home was cozy, clean and better equipped, I think, than anywhere else I've stayed - there was nothing we lacked. It is so nicely decorated. Location is private with beautiful views but close enough to highway, with many attractions nearby. Wonderful hot tub! Communication with Renee and Jason was excellent and we felt welcomed.

This home was so wonderful. The drive in is magical. Every detail has been considered, from the lending library, to the deck, hot tub. It’s stocked with games and CDs, TV. (No streaming though, so don’t plan on catching up or binging your shows). The house is so cozy, the views are breathtaking and 4 mule deer show up every night to greet you. It’s at the bottom of the valley and there is a great dirt play area that my 2 year old threw frisbee and dug in the dirt and mud for hours! Restaurants and groceries are a bit of a hike in so plan for that (about a 20 minute drive). My family is sensitive to fragrances and if you or your family are as well, the linens and towels are washed in a scented detergent and dryer sheets are possibly used. So bring your own, I had to run in and get a set of sheets from Walmart. I would high recommend for a smaller family. It was perfect for us!!!

We had such a great time while here. It was very relaxing and quiet. Got to sit on the patio and watch the deer and even relax in the hot tub. Even took a few road trips around the area. The owners were great and very informative with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at this cabin and had an absolutely wonderful time! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the quiet valley and the cozy, charming cabin itself. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring all that Colorado has to offer. The cabin was also conveniently located close to all of the attractions that Colorado has to offer. Whatever your plans this cabin is the perfect home base for your adventures. But what truly sets this cabin apart is the attention to detail and care that the owners have put into making it a comfortable and welcoming retreat. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Overall, I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful getaway in Colorado. Thank you to the owners for sharing this special place with the world!
