The space
All you can ask for in a mountain retreat. Accessible main floor living, this home has a stone fireplace (gas) in the living room, full kitchen (with all amenities) and dining area, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Amenities include strong and stable WiFi, Cable-TV with Amazon-FireStick with NetFlix, Alexa music system and local phone for emergencies.
Guest access
Full access to 2-acre property and creek with 360 degree mountain views including Waldo Canyon and the foothills of Pikes Peak. You'll have access to the entire 2-acre space located in a quiet mountain neighborhood.
Other things to note
Your dogs are welcome, but you must notify host of breed and the number of dogs that will be accompanying your stay (max 2 dogs). There will be an additional $25 cleaning fee per dog. We love dogs, but they are not allowed on any furniture, and owners must pick up after their pet. Cats are not allowed.

Lastly the home has a septic, so please refrain from flushing anything besides toilet paper and normal stuff down the drain. And we’re on city water, so the water is fresh and tastes good.
