I expect a lot better when paying 300 per night. There were cringe factors with this house. The cushion on the rocking chair in the living room was stained and absolutely disgusting. All window screens had holes in them. The walls had unfilled nail holes, probably from removed pictures. The master suite bed is a mattress only on a very low platform. Several rooms had stand alone a/c units. Some were poorly vented to the outside. Some were not vented and combined with random hardware. The barbeque grill and it's stand needed cleaning. There was a dog house at the end of the deck with dog bowls sitting next to it filled with standing water. I would not recommend this house for children. The steps going from the deck to the yard are steep and the bottom step is not spaced properly so a longer drop than expected. On the positive side, the yard is very large and fully fenced. Our dogs enjoyed having their own dog park. And, Casago, the property manager was extremely responsive to all questions. This property has great potential but could use some TLC and until then, at least a much lower price.
