The dryer needs to be checked. The hose in back is smashed in so it is probably plugged and preventing heating properly.

Very well equipped. Comfortable, but over priced. Hot tub was bad, even after quick response to clean. Toaster didn’t work, no tv in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Curb in front is too high for car door. Dryer took forever.

Colorado Spring Family Trip

We chose this property for our stay in Colorado Springs as we needed extra space for all four of us (including 2 teenage boys). The house accommodated all of us with plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor space is fantastic and allowed us to enjoy the cool evenings!

IAFF Memorial Weekend

Exactly as advertised. So close To everything. The memorial and downtown Colorado Springs. Well stocked very clean and hot tub was an absolute bonus. I’ll definitely be back.

Great location for everything around the area. Having then2nd bathroom downstairs was a bit inconvenient but we made it work. The king bed needs to be replaced but the outside of the house is super nice and the neighbors friendly

Home was enjoyable and had what we needed

The property was as described. Yes, a lot of the amenities were in the front, but we expected it from the reviews. The home was very nice and charming. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen appeared stocked if we wanted to. The only thing the property owners asked for us to do was take out the trash can on Monday night. Otherwise, there weren’t any big requests which was nice. We would stay again in the future.

Firefighters

We were a group of firefighters that traveled to Colorado Springs to honor 2 of our members and put them on the IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial. The location was great for us, everything was a short walk or short drive away. The house was clean and is exactly like the pictures. We will stay here again if we ever come back to Colorado Springs.

Just ok

The place was ok, but not worth the rental price. Upon check in, the code to enter did not work. The rental company was responsive and resolved it in about 10 years. The air conditioning is not suitable in midday heat. It is a glorified window unit and does not cool the upstairs. We stayed in August and the first day of our stay was exceptionally hot, so it was a bit uncomfortable. The subsequent nights were cool so it was ok. There is a musty smell around the stairs and I have to think it has something to do with the a/c. The living room area is a good size. The sheets and pillows in one of the beds had stains on it. The 4 of us stayed for 7 days and we had 6 towels for showers. The upstairs bathroom light fixture had lots of big, dead bugs in it and the fan in there was very dusty. We couldn't get the outside fire pit to work, but it didn't matter because the neighborhood raccoons paid us a visit on both of our attempts, so we kept our distance. A couple of blocks down the street is a sketchy area. The curb out front is 8 inches high. Your door will scrape when opening, so park away from the curb. I have a full size SUV and this was still a problem.

Girls trip

We took a girls trip and overall it was successful. I will say that the lack of towels was a problem everyday of our stay. The code to check in did not work by I had immediate response from SLT he management company. One of the mattresses upstairs needs replaced. It was so bad that one of girls had to sleep on the couch. It’s a cute house and located near downtown, but not walkable to downtown during the winter. We would stay here again if they had more towels and corrected the mattress problem.

Wonderful vacation home for a family.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was clean, spacious, and lovely for our family of 5. The yard was wonderfully kept and the hot tub was ready to go and easy to use after a long day of hiking with the kids. The house is located in downtown and was a perfect location for us to explore all around Colorado Springs. The neighbors were welcoming as our kids roamed around the block in the morning feeding the squirrels. Nothing. It great things to say about our stay here. Thank you!

Over priced- odd house

This property is definitely not worth the price tag the owner is asking.. All bedrooms are in the attic space of the home, very narrow and low staircase to the rooms, ceilings very low with heavy popcorn ceiling - odd and dated feel. They appeared clean however all bedrooms have old darker colored carpet which didn’t appear to be vacuumed. In addition the TV in the master only worked one of the 4 days of our stay, disappointing since the only other TV was downstairs.The outdoor space is very odd as well considering the hot tub and lounging area are in the front yard!! No privacy! This place would be more appropriately priced at a much lower rate, definitely not a luxury home! I could have stayed at the 5+ star Broadmore hotel for about the same price and been in true luxury. I would not recommend!

Great House

Really enjoyed our stay hear. Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. Very comfortable and clean, and property manager did the little things right. Great communication and very easy to work with. We will stay again next time in Colorado Springs.
