Great property for a larger group. The downstairs game room and bunk bed area was great for kids. The cabin was well supplied and the renters went above and beyond to communicate and take care of us. We would definitely stay there again!

We traveled from the East Coast with our children, in laws, and a family friend to attend our son’s graduation. The home was perfect for our family gatherings and sleeping arrangements. The owners were attentive and readily available if we needed anything! Would definitely rent from them again.

We loved the location. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood with shopping nearby. We were within a 20 minute drive of the activities we wanted to do as well.The home was the perfect size for our group and had plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen was stocked with most of our cooking needs (could use a large colander though). Bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure. The showers were perfect.My favorite part though, was the deer that visited the yard daily. They were so beautiful.

Had a great stay. This property was perfectly sized and laid out for our stay. The younger kids really enjoyed the game room and the yard. Loved seeing all of the deer walk through the yard every day. We would gladly re-book next time we're in need off a large place.

Loved it!

Lovely property central to a lot of fun activities in CO Springs. We were less than 30 mins from the zoo, the incline, the penny arcade and even some solid nightlife.

Cozy Home

This feels like a real home and is spacious and comfortable. Our family of thirteen enjoyed both the outside and inside amenities. The location in the city is great because it has plenty of room for privacy yet is close to anything you would need during a vacation from shopping to fun experiences.

We had an excellent experience. We had plenty of room for all the guests and found the accommodations very satisfying,. We saw deer in the backyard onto two occasions and that was a delightful surprise.

Wonderful outdoor space for kids and pets. The downstairs great room/bunk room worked very well with our large group of teens. The place smelled a little musty, but was very clean. Mattresses were a bit dated, but we slept.

Family Gathering

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, gathering areas held everyone comfortably, and it was easy access to everything we needed. We will return to this home on our next visit.

This was a great house! We had 2 families and had plenty of room. The hot tub was nice way to end the evening. House was clean.

Beautiful Home!

From check in to check out, everything was a super easy process. Tanya was a wonderful host, and while caught in a snow storm while visiting Breckenridge, we got stuck for a day and a half, and she was so understanding and so very accommodating. Definitely recommend this stay. There was plenty of room and the scenery was amazing, and the home is beautiful!

Stay was ok. House was outdated and seemingly not kept up very well. All water smelled like sulfur and didn’t get very hot. On the upside, the hosts were very communicative and the house was in a good location. Size was good as well. Unfortunately I would not pay what I paid to stay at this place again. Not worth the money in my opinion.

We had plenty of space to spread out. Loved the ping pong table and pool table. Plenty of places to sit and gather. Keurig and coffee maker saved the morning. Check in and out process super easy. We grilled outside one night and it worked great. Perfect place to celebrate our graduate for the week. Host was super responsive, I had asked about enough seating, she provided an extra card table and chairs- just in case. We didn’t have our dog with us this trip, but had we, there is a fenced off part of the yard for a dog. We used the hot tub one night and it was awesome! Something for everyone, board games and video games in the garage. I’d highly recommend for a family gathering. Shopping was nearby and not far from the academy.

Peaceful and Cozy

We loved our stay! There were plenty of towels, the house was so clean and comfortable to sleep 6 adults and 4 toddlers. The hot tub was wonderful to warm us up on the cold nights- also VERY clean! We were greeted by deer every morning outside the back porch. The neighbors were friendly too! We plan to stay here again :)

Mountain get away

We enjoyed our family trip to Colorado. The vrbo was comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub, the beds were comfy, we had a blast playing the meme game. It was great to have a grill and large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver.

New Years in CO Springs!

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our sons first birthday and new years! The host was very responsive to any questions. We also brought our pets. There is a lot of space, both inside and outdoors. It was a great stay!
