Absolute perfection! Beautiful home, off the beaten path, but close to amenities, comfortable living and sleeping spaces, and a kitchen FULL of any and every appliance you could need. Every detail was meticulously planned for our comfort and enjoyment. We loved our stay and will definitely book again.

This home is exactly as described, well appointed with everything you’d need for your family’s home away from home. I really appreciated the La Croix and local beers being provided, along with snacks and full, cold filtered water in the fridge at our arrival. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time exploring!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in August. House was exactly like the listing. Location was great, close to hiking areas and had everything we needed to relax after several hours of hiking each day. Would highly recommend!

We booked our annual weekend disc golfing trip at The Corner Lot this year. Could not have been happier with our stay here! The space was immaculate. Above and beyond that, the host(s) are incredibly thoughtful with all of the snacks, games, kitchen tools, and amenities they offer. Honestly, we are probably ruined to stay anywhere else but here for our next trips in the years to come. Thank you, thank you! We had a wonderful stay.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this cabin. Very well stocked and good location. Lots of wildlife. The deer and turkeys come right through the side yard and we enjoyed watching from the balcony.

Perfect for family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. There were plenty of things to keep everyone in our party entertained, even the 2 year old! It was so relaxing, we saw a lot of wildlife, and the hosts were very responsive when I had any questions or issues. I highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area and looking for a place to unwind at the end of the day!

House was immaculate, well stocked and the game room and hot tub were well used! We enjoyed making lattes too! Perfect space for our family of six with kids ranging in age from 13-21. Be prepared for the steep road to get to the house. We navigated it with our minivan without any issues.

This is our 3rd visit; this is a very nice, very clean, comfortable home. It has everything needed to make your visit excellent. The kitchen has anything you’ll need to cook a great meal, beds are comfortable, very well stocked with towels, personal items like toothbrushes/cotton balls/q-tips/toothpaste, etc; plenty of games, a fantastic game room and the hot tub was so relaxing - we’ll be back!

Review of The Corner Lot

This is a relatively new property, fully stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful providing answers to questions. Lovely location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Divide and Woodland Park. I would be pleased to give a 5 star review and would stay again in a heartbeat. Pictures on line describe property accurately. Other reviews were accurate if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

2nd time staying here & we will return again - it's Awesome!!

Our family and doggy had a great time - this house has everything and I mean everything that you could possibly need to have a relaxing and fun time - 1) latte/cappuccino maker a Keurig & regular coffee pot w/all the coffee/tea/hot chocolate you can drink 2) game room w/ two TV's 3) firepit 4) two wonderful decks to relax 5) plenty of supplies - tp, tissue, towels, etc 6) great televisions in all the bedrooms 7) very comfortable beds w/nice bedding and many other extras that are too numerous to list - oh yeah there is also everything you need to make s'mores and popcorn - great place, we'll definitely rent again :)

Beautiful location, country setting but driving distance to many things.

Very clean home with everything you could possibly need. We loved the quiet location. We visited royal gorge, pikes peak, Cheyenne zoo and cripple creek. Our family enjoyed the garage stocked full of family games. We saw a heard of wild turkeys in the yard & my kids thought that was great. The property manager was easy to reach when we had an issue with the internet. I would absolutely rent this home again!

So wonderful - property just as described

We had 6 adults & 2 small dogs. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay - we really enjoyed the firepit and gameroom. One of us knew how to make lattes w/ the amazing coffee machine and enjoyed - all coffee and needed items are provided. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels, toiletries provided if you forget anything. We will definitely rent again. Communication w/the host was excellent. Thanks.

Great place for a winter wonderland getaway!

The Corner Lot was just as advertised and more. The Christmas decor and snacks on the bar were a nice touch after our almost 15 hour car ride. Also, great coffee every morning. Beautiful views - we saw wild turkeys and bucks coming through each morning. We even saw two bucks fighting in the side yard the morning we left. The game room was perfect for the extended family when cousins decided to get their games and competition going. We brought our sweet rescue dog and she loved the place - both inside and out. Overall, would definitely stay here again - beautiful home away from home.

You will not be disappointed in this 5 Star Stay.

From the moment we opened the door we could tell we made the right choice. The house is extremely clean and organized. The owners went above and beyond to ensure the house is equipped with the best amenities and everything you may need during your stay. We had zero issues during our stay. My wife and boys loved that the owners provided graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate to make smores. I enjoyed the wide variety of coffees to choose from. We took advantage of the hot tub and ping-pong table. The garage gameroom has a thermostat and made a huge difference in staying warm while playing. We were centrally located near all the attractions we came to see. The Royal Gorge, Rita the Rock Planter, Cripple Creek, Manitou Incline, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Would 💯 stay here again.
