Total mente mala la experiencia llegue al hotel a las 12am y me conseguí que no tenia ni reservación ni habitación debido a la mala comunicación entre hotel.con y el hotel tuve que salir a la 1 am a recorrer la ciudad buscando hotel porque ni el hotel la quinta ni hotel.con me solucionaron nada

No le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, servicios y condiciones de la propiedad
Las instalaciones están en estado deplorable, la llave necesita unos 10 intentos para poder abrir la puerta, el lavabo estaba tapado, lo reportamos y no lo arreglaron y para colmo no hicieron la limpieza, muy complicado cerrar la puerta. En resumen, una muy mala experiencia, mi recomendación es evitar esta propiedad.

Room smelled of a smoker, had to open window and run fan. Stains on floor and lamp shades too. Staff friendly and accommodating, room just disappointing.

Building in terrible disrepair, my room was filthy and had feces on the floor. Other guests were loud and I could smell marijuana. Very surprised to find a La Quinta in such bad shape especially bye the world arena??

Conveniently near event I was attending. Access to dining and entertainment options is convenient. Noise from hallway was a concern. I was hoping the swimming pool was available year round however it is seasonal & closed during my stay.

I like how comfortable this hotel is. So comfortable that I don’t even like leaving my room. Every time I’m in Colorado Springs, I choose this property because they never let me down. Check-in is always quick and easy. I think I will make a trip just to stay here again.

It’s very dirty hotel is stinky, smell of marijuana in the elevator bed is really worst ..need to stop to operate this hotel,we ended up to find another in castle rock hotel The only thing I like the lady in reservation is really nice she offer another room but it’s still really bad,so we went in to best western hotel plus in castle rock Colorado

The area surrounding the property was nice. The room was old, outdated, and not the cleanest. The heater did not work so it was unpleasant with the weather in the 30's and 40's. The complimentary breakfast was not worth them advertising. I would not choose to stay there again unless there were no other options

This was a clean facility. We had no problems with noise and no concerns about safety. We enjoyed the staff and will likely stay here again.

The actual hotel building was nothing spectacular but the staff is what made it. Literally everyone from front desk to maintenence to housecleaning was great. Its a decent hotel that was clean and safe but truly, the helpful and considerate staff is the reason we will return.
