Upon arrival we could not get the heat to go off in a bedroom upstairs. It was extremely hot. We contacted host they said they will send someone out asap. Then we discovered neither showers in either bathroom worked. Would not come on at all, not even a drip. We contacted the host again and told them we were leaving neither shower worked and we had a day of activities and needed showers. They ask if we would give them until morning to get things fixed. We agreed. Left the next day without showers. Stayed gone several hours and returned back and nobody had been there and nothing was fixed. Several lights wasn’t working properly. The master shower upon arrival had water standing in it. A squeegee in the floor. The master king bed when the covers were pulled back the sheets were waded and there were crumbs in the bed. The smoke detector had fell or been taken down and laying on a shelf. The house was pretty and in a pretty neighborhood. It just needs some attention. We were told 4 times the host was going to contact us and we never got a call.
