We are so grateful for our stay here and cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and our host. We stayed here for an extended period while our son was in Colorado Springs, undergoing surgeries and beginning recovery from a serious injury.From the moment we arrived, the home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a longer stay. You can tell how much care and pride go into maintaining it. The layout was wonderful as well—the master suite with its own sitting area & fireplace is perfect for families who want space to spread out or for multiple couples staying together. After long days at the hospital, it was such a comfort to return to a warm and welcoming space.Our host truly went above and beyond anything we expected. She checked in on us with genuine thoughtfulness while also respecting our privacy. She seemed to sense when we were open to more personal support and when we needed quiet space, and handled that balance so gracefully. She even went out of her way to purchase a ramp for the front steps so our son could access the home in his wheelchair, which meant so much to us.The house and location were perfect, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Hosts like Brie are the reason VRBO stays feel so special. Her thoughtfulness made a difficult time much easier, and we will always appreciate the difference this stay made.Anyone visiting Colorado Springs will be lucky to stay here—we certainly feel grateful to have done so.

Brie was very attentive to my texts and the place was great.. the neighborhood was old but neighbors we talked to very nice.. stayed with our 2 Dachshunds and they loved the 3 Frenchies next door.. everything was easy to get to from this location… would stay again…

This was our first time to Colorado Springs. We loved this rental home for many reasons. First of all, Brie was an excellent Superhost. Her thoughtful messages left throughout the house were delightful. She was also the quickest host to respond on our trip and solved any minor issues we had in a heartbeat. Traveling with my friend and our dogs, we stayed 4 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The house is spacious and about a 15 minute drive from town and a few minutes more to Manitou Springs. One of the greatest things about this house is we each had our own spacious privacy within the house. Also, an enclosed backyard bonus allowed our dogs to roam off leash. I would recommend this to my friends and also stay here again.

Out of 4 houses on our trip this was everyone’s favorite. The decor, the massive size of the Master suite, the nice sitting areas outside, and definitely the hospitality of our host. We got there late so she had the lights on for our arrival as well as snacks ready and waiting. And the beds…..everyone woke up saying the beds were the most comfortable they have ever used. I usually don’t sleep well while traveling but the king bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Loved this house.

Great cozy pet-friendly spot

We loved the comfort of this home after staying for 5 nights at our 120 year old cabin in Eldora. We stayed two nights so we could visit Garden of the Gods and go whitewater rafting. Brie was so thoughtful in how she stocked the house and even surprised us with a lil treat. The soaking tub was especially appreciated after conquering the Manitou Incline. I liked how the master suite and bathroom were separated from the main level, so hubs and I could have a lil retreat. Thank you for such a lovely rental!

Family trip

The house was cute and very clean. The owner pays attention to detail. The master is very large. The shower was nice, but it is wide open to the room so anyone walking into the bedroom will see you in the shower. There is air conditioning, but not central air, so the unit in the master was a bit noisy to fall asleep to. I appreciated that the master has a large TV as many rentals only put a TV in the common area. The owner did warn me about little bugs they had treated for. We saw them in the hallway bathroom bathtub and outside on the firepit cover and concrete patio. They were harmless, but they did stop us from sitting outside. The owner said they were going to treat for them again after we left. They do have a ring doorbell which I'm not a huge fan of.

This was hands down the best VRBO stay our family has ever had! From the personalized touches to the food and activity recommendations, Bre was an incredible hostess! She could not have been more accommodating. The house is STUNNING and had everything we needed! The pups loved having a fenced in yard to run around in.
