This setup provides the convenience of two separate, fully equipped homes located side-by-side with no internal connection between units. This functional floor plan provides privacy for multi-family stays or friends traveling together who appreciate having their own dedicated space to retire to at the end of the day.

    Because this property is a duplex, your group will enjoy a total of two distinct living areas to spread out and relax. Each unit features a bright and welcoming living space designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush seating, a cozy freestanding fireplace, and a Smart TV for movie nights. Both living rooms include a sofa that converts into a queen sleeper for extra flexibility, providing plenty of room for the whole group to gather for morning coffee or evening conversation. Baseboard heating and space heaters are provided to ensure comfort during every season, and portable AC units are available to keep both spaces cool during warmer months.
