This multi-level Colorado Springs retreat is designed for comfortable gathering, downtime, and everyday enjoyment. With two living rooms, two electric fireplaces, an air hockey table, a spacious backyard, a hot tub, and a fire pit, the home provides a complete mix of indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment.

The home features two connected and inviting living areas that make it easy for groups to spread out or spend time together. The upper-level living room is bright and welcoming with a large leather sectional, Smart TV, electric fireplace, soft green accents, and warm decor that creates a comfortable place to relax. The lower-level lounge offers an open layout that flows directly into the game area, featuring a full-size air hockey table, a second built-in brick electric fireplace, a reclining chair, and a cozy leather sectional set against earthy tones and simple, warm decor. Portable AC units are installed on the main level during the warmer months to help keep the living spaces comfortable. How does the hot tub and fire pit work?
Both are private and located in our large fenced backyard. The hot tub fits 3 people and is professionally maintained, while the propane fire pit offers a cozy lounge area without the hassle of hauling wood.
Is there air conditioning for the summer months?
To keep you cool during the Colorado summer, we install portable AC units on the main level. Combined with the natural mountain breeze, the home stays very comfortable.

The location was great! We took a hike every day at the Garden of the Gods, even caught a sunrise one! The house does meet all your basic needs. The showers were clean and water pressure on point. Good sleeping space for a family….. I didn’t give 5 stars for the following reasons: there were no cleaning products, the dish soap needs to be upgraded to something that works so the dishes are clean, the cookware needs to be replaced… there was no table salt or pepper! Plenty of paper products and towels were supplied which was another plus!
