Could be Nice
This property has a lot of potential but it needs some TLC and organization. The furniture, layout, and decor were nice but it needs a major deep cleaning. The floors made your feet black if you didn't have shoes on, the tubs needed to be scrubbed, and there were dust and cobwebbs everywhere. None of the ceiling fan lights worked in the bedrooms, and the living room and dining room were very dark, even at night. Definitely need new/brighter bulbs. There were partial rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and no full rolls to be found. While looking for the above, we found someone's personal mail and mail was delivered while we stayed there. None of the cabinets were organized and had stuff thrown around randomly with leftover and expired food, spices, etc in the cabinets and refrigerator. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit, expecially with 2 children under 2 years old. The backyard could be so nice but they've let it go and it is entirely unusable. It is overgrown with ivy and fallen leaves. The screen on the screen door was busted and needs to be replaced. There is also a random car with a cover on it parked in the driveway. Again, it has so much potential but the owners need to invest time and maintenance to it. As it stands, I do not recommend this property.
