Being from out of state the location of this hotel was rather nice for the purpose of visiting fort jackson for family day and graduation very easy to get to base. The room was emmaculate and all of the amenities were superb! The beds are super comfy and the pillows are the best! Would definitely stay again!!!

This is a beautiful hotel! The layout of the room is great with the desk area in the middle of the room with a bright light, and the bathroom is so modern. Great place.

The hotel was beautiful a lot of very nice amenities but the staff …. Wow definitely did not do the hotel any justice. They were horrible. Checking in was a nightmare and when I was checking out at 6:30 am there was a line of people, angry people waiting saying there was no one there. I went to the lady taking care of the breakfast and asked her if there was anyone working the front desk and she checked. She went back behind the wall came back and told us someone would be out in a few minutes. There was someone back there the whole time! Ugh. How rude. I just left my key cards on the desk and left angry. As did many others.

Engineered poorly
Hotel was very clean. The rooms are dark as there isn’t an overhead light. The shower glass door allows water to leak onto the floor. There’s no shelf/seat in the shower if you want to shave your legs. The placement of the tv in the room is really odd…

Nice modern hotel
Enjoyed our one night stop over stay enroute to Florida. Conveniently located on Interstate. Room modern and very comfortable. Bathroom and walk in shower great. Breakfast selection and quality above average. The coffee selection could be improved, bold brew weak and tasteless. This from an experienced coffee expert. The parking fee and commerce fee should be removed. It has the appearance of making property look cheap. Overall very good stay.

Not A Happy Customer
At first I was going to rate this 5 stars but I’m sorry to see a destination charge of $1.78 and a daily parking fee of $3. That’s sneaky and wrong especially when description of the property says free parking. Having a glass door on the bathroom is idiotic because when the light is on it wakes up anyone sleeping on the bed which faces the bathroom. Also the lock on the bathroom door is broken so the door doesn’t shut! The lighting in the suite is very poor. And, the conditioner pump didn’t work.

The room was spacious and very very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel as a whole was very clean. Parking was easy, The only complaint was that it was surrounded by several other hotels and no restaurants. But otherwise we would stay there again!

The staff were all kind and courteous.The room was neat and clean, a little small but very nice. A few draws seemed off the tracks (so they didn’t close properly) and maintenance needed to come fix the latch on the bathroom door. The continental breakfast was good, the area was clean, everything was fresh. I was sad I only made it to breakfast on the last day of my stay. I will stay here again.
