Southern Sanctuary at Cranford Hollow is a one-of-a-kind 5-bedroom, 5½-bath retreat where each bedroom has its own theme and story. Sleeps 10 with keyless entry, parking for up to 4 vehicles, and a peaceful 50-acre farm setting.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Guests will have access to 5 full bathrooms and one ½-bath, providing convenience and privacy for all!

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

This home is set up for an easy, low-stress stay and designed for comfort, connection, and a memorable stay at Cranford Hollow. The layout is ideal for families, multiple couples traveling together, or small groups who want plenty of bedroom and bathroom space.

Parking:

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Upon arriving at the gated entrance, enter the provided code and wait for the gate to open. Proceed straight ahead until you reach a fork in the road, then turn left. Continue driving, and you'll see the house directly ahead at the bottom of the large parking area. Please park in the spaces marked with guest parking signs. To enter, walk around the home to the door equipped with the keypad.

Please note that Cranford Hollow includes a nearby event barn that may host weddings, private gatherings, or other events during your stay. As a result, guests may occasionally experience increased activity, vehicles, music, or event-related noise in the area. Event schedules are outside the control of the property management company.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms, No 3rd-Party Bookings (No Subletting). Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
