“This place was Awesome and Unique. A quiet, Tranquil Cottage to relax and unwind. We had a Music Festival to go tonin Austin but didn't want to stay in the City. So We chose a place close enough to Town but far enough for Privacy and Solitude. This place was Perfect. Would recommend to Anyone and We will be back soon. ”

“We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Oaks Ranch as there were no vacancy at the ranch. It was about 15 minutes away, which wasn’t bad. We had a minor miscommunication for our reservation due to Vrbo not notifying the host, but when I reached out, the host was immediately responsive and resolved the situation. It’s just minutes away from Round Top, so after our games, we went to town and enjoyed a great evening at Round Top Brewery and Kitchen. It was dark by the time we made it to...

“Beautifully finished cottage just a few minutes from the town of Round Top. It was easy to text with the property manager to get everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable and just as listed. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Pam is an absolute delight and a truly exceptional host! From the moment we booked until we departed, she was warm, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. By the end of our stay, we felt as if we’d known her for years—we discovered we share many common interests, which made the experience even more special. The cottage itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether for a short getaway or an extended stay. “We spent the July 4th weekend at this charming place. It was exceptionally clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. You won’t need to take anything except your food and drinks. The front porch is delightful for drinking your morning coffee. It reminded us of my wife’s grandmother’s front porch. Our dog loved exploring the front yard which is completely fenced. The host was great at communicating with us. A great place to escape for some quiet time or Chapell Hill’s July 4th parade.”

“Adorable house, well appointed. We loved it! The only downside was the very close proximity to very active train line that ran all day and night. The hosts were kind enough to supply a couple of white noise machines that did help some.”

“A great place to stay and have short visits with local family for our son’s graduation. Great neighborhood, we lived our daily walks.”

“Michael and his staff are genuine, nice people. Always professional and timely in their responses. I definitely recommend this place. Its nice and comfy, reminds me of a New Orleans type of vibe in the home.”

“This cottage was perfect for our Round Top trip. Great location, charming space, and very comfortable. The host was wonderful and everything was easy. We will definitely be back!”
