A laptop-friendly workspace tucked into the corner makes it easy to stay productive during your stay. The kitchen feels warm and open, featuring comfortable cabinetry, plenty of space to cook, a Keurig, and a kitchen table for four ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. For larger gatherings, the dining table for eight offers the perfect setting for shared dinners and conversation.



The fun continues in the converted garage game room, complete with two smart TVs, a video game console, a pool table, and a collection of board games—an ideal hangout spot for guests of all ages. Outside, the patio features a table, making outdoor dining or relaxing in the fresh air effortless. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, including room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #5 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.



This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer available in home.

• Driveway parking only available for up to 2 vehicles. Please note that street parking is not permitted.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:

o (1) located at the front door and monitoring the walkway into the home as well as a partial view of yard and street,

o (2) located at the side of the garage and monitoring the driveway and walkway up to the home as well as a partial view of the street, and

o (3) located at the back of the home and monitoring the patio area as well as a partial view of the yard.

• The fireplace is not available for guest use.

• High chair provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Please ensure that the garage heater and AC unit are not running at the same time
