I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg. I realized days later they still charged my credit card online. & he is REFUSING to refund me even tho we didn’t stay there cz they said there were no rooms left !!!!!

The room was very dated and needs attention. The room smelled musty. If we weren't so tired we would have turned around and found some place else to stay. Very grimy room. Just feels like they don't care how bad their rooms are. We would never ever stay there again.

Check is 2pm. I got there a few minutes early and was allowed to check in early. Room was spacious and cleaner than i thought it would be. Hotel is convenient to a pretty good local restaurant and a Pilot truck stop.

I have stayed at the property before. It seems like they just do not clean very well. There was only 1 coffee pack and it was decaf. The property needs to be repaired in many areas. A/C cooled, but cycled off often, making the room uncomfortable during the night. No hot water in the shower.

Front desk person was polite while eyeballing me with distrust and the condition of the facility was functional. Beds were made toilet flushed but there was dirt and grime in strange places. Think the cleaning staff were pissed that day

Not only at the room smell the room didn’t have toilet paper. The phone did not work in the room to call the front desk so I called for my cell phone and asked the Front Desk if they could bring me toilet paper they told me I had to go to the front desk to go get toilet paper. I just paid for a room. Why do I have to go to the front desk to get something? They forgot to stock in my room. I just finished working a 20 hour shift in a snow storm I did not want to get up but I didn’t have a choice because they refused to bring it to me. The staff was rude not to mention when I got up the next morning to go work another 20 hour shift. I left at 6:30am continental breakfast starts at 6 AM. When I knocked on the door, nobody answered. Front door was locked and when I called, nobody answered the phone.. I will most definitely never stay at this hotel again, even though it was the last hotel in this town that was available I’d rather sleep in my car. Or stay at the crack house next-door they probably would’ve givin more hospitality for 20 bucks for their next hit!

This place was quiet and clean, especially for the age of the property. I stayed in a single, king sized room, non-smoking, for a couple of nights while my air conditioning was being repaired. Staff was friendly. No complaints.
