`The Victorian Village is known for quaint, leafy streets lined with late-19th- and early-20th-century homes in a variety of architectural styles, such as Gothic Revival mansions, Second Empire villas, and Queen Anne houses. Paths crisscross sprawling Goodale Park, a setting for annual music festivals. Overlooking the park, the Pizzuti Collection hosts contemporary art exhibitions and has a free sculpture garden.`

RULES -We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Columbus, OH. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay -Parties and events are not allowed -Dog friendly on case by case basis. $35/night/dog w/$200 monthly cap.
**If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $50 per clean**
We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times. ***All Guests must be accounted for in booking. Additional un-paid guests at the property are prohibited unless approved by Host prior to check-in***
****Early check-in (1pm - 3pm) OR late check-out (1 -2 hours after 10am) will be an additional $25.00+ and must be approved by Host prior to check-in. ****

No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras. • Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE • Please treat the property as you would your own home. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors. • In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours. • No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. • The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside. • Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc. • Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation. • Additional cleaning or repairs may be billed. These are not covered by the $1,000 smoking violation fine. • Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • No candles, incense, or strong-smelling substances. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits. • For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200). • For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet. • Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. Only registered service animals with proper documentation are exempt from the pet fee. • All animals must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. Dogs must be crated when in the property without a responsible adult in charge of their care. • Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Litter boxes and pet food must not be left outside. • No pets may be left outside without supervision. • Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation without refund, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR • Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points. • Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices. • Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. • Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported. • Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS • Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft. • We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed. • If your reservation is cancelled due to rule violations, you must remove all belonging from the property. Any vehicles left of the property after cancellation will be towed at the car owner`s expense.
