The property was located in a nice area in German village, and many things are walkable. The hosts were responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. We would book this property again in the future.

We stayed here for a bodybuilding show for my husband and had a great experience! The location is so easy to get to and from downtown with a nice and quiet neighborhood. We needed a pack and play for our little one and they went above and beyond to ensure that it was stocked and ready to go! Cant recommend staying here enough!

We couldn't get the heat to work downstairs and there were only 2 TV's in the whole house. Also we couldn't find the garage cans in the house. Theres a pool table and foozball in the basement, but nowhere to sit.

We stayed 3 nights and had 2 major issues requiring the property manager’s immediate attention. Had we been able to communicate immediately, the issues may have been resolved more quickly causing us less frustration and expense. One issue was being locked out of the house because the keypad battery had died, so we had to use an Uber instead of our car to get to our function on time. The other issue was that there was no electricity in the house when we arrived, so the house was hot and the refrigerator was warm. Once the property manager responded to my message the power returned. It was mysterious since all of the neighbors had power. I reached out to VRBO when the power was off because the property manager was unavailable. VRBO tried to contact the manager, too, and was unsuccessful, so they gave me a phone number. I used that phone number, but could only leave a voicemail. the property manager did not return my call, but did follow-up with a message. - Per the description of the house, one of the bathroom showers was difficult to use because a glass side was missing and had been replaced with a shower curtain. - Otherwise, the house was handsome, spacious, comfortable, and convenient.

The property was lovely—clean, well-maintained, and just as described. The location was perfect for our trip. However, we had a frustrating issue with the property manager and pricing. Once I learned the number of our party who was going to stay at the property was only going to be two (was going to be 4) I contacted the propety manager to see if the price would change. Thue agreed to give a 20% discount that was included in our booking confirmation but it was not honored even after numerous attempts and notice prior to, during, and after our stay. VRBO was no help either. While we enjoyed our stay, this issue with communicating and final cost was disappointing.

Excellent experience! Charming neighborhood and beautifully renovated brownstone. Communication with host was very good and timely. Parking in the neighborhood is a little hard due to 2hr limit unless you have a permit, but this is property has its own space behind the building which was perfect. If we come back to Columbus we will definitely book again.

Beautifully Upgraded and Decorated

This 3 plex building is located on a cobble stone street. The rental is located at the end closest to the cobble stone street. The inside of the rental has mostly been totally renovated. Beautiful and easy kitchen to cook in with a very large island and "microwave drawer" and a formal dining room. A small bedroom next to the kitchen with bunk beds is not even mentioned in the description. The bathrooms have all been redone and are beautiful. The shower in the loft bedroom needs some repairs. The floors are mostly beautiful real wood. Close to downtown Columbus and grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would like to rent it when we are back in Columbus again.

Beautiful Property, Slightly Incorrect Description

Property was beautiful, impeccably clean, great location. Kitchen offered plenty of tools, pans, cookware. Trash bags and dishwasher detergent available, which was so helpful. Bedrooms were beautiful, overall decorating was lovely. Two issues: property said it slept 12, actually sleeps 8. We had a couple of folks cancel so this worked, but we could have been in a pickle. Property states parking available on site. More description would be helpful here. There is one space behind the home, but branches were touching my car all over when I parked there - tree needs trimmed (as well as the grass, which we had to wade through to throw away trash). Parking in front is 2 hours only or you have to have a permit. Non-permit parking is available 2 blocks away. Would have been nice to know this before booking.

Awesome Place and Location

I couldn't be more happier about booking this location. It’s a spacious, it is modern, it is also classic and it was clean. Free Wi-Fi dishes, pot pans, and leftover food from other people, including us, lol are on premise.

Great place

Loved the house, it was beautiful and a pleasant stay. Close to the cuty but quiet. Only complaint is that it was advertised to have 8 beds and only had 4. It worked out for us but could have been rough had we actually had 12 people
