Long Weekend

My family and I came to Columbus to visit a friend of mine who lives in Worthington. This house was located not even a 5 minute drive from where my friend lives, so was incredibly convenient. It's on a cul-de-sac, and was incredibly quiet. It's part of a duplex but we never heard any sounds from next door or even across the street. The on site parking was a plus, and the fact that it's pet friendly was great since we had our dog with us. We didn't utilize the backyard, but there's a firepit set up and plenty of lawn space. The interior of the house was spotless which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property if you're needing a clean, safe, quiet place to stay while visiting Columbus.

One of the best

While this was one of the smaller properties we have rented, it was super clean and super well kept. The size was just perfect for our needs on this trip. The neighborhood is very crowded, but surprisingly very quiet as well. The location right off of a main street is great, giving you quick access to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and businesses. There's a great little French cafe not far away. Evan provides one of the very best description and summaries of a property that I've ever seen. So many great details. He's a great communicator and it's very on the spot with answers to our questions. We would definitely use this property again.

Friends Getaway

We had a wonderful stay - the home was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was great for our needs! Only feedback was that the amount of communication from our host was a bit overwhelming. They were very helpful and communicative- but there were lots of unnecessary(?) messages.

Christmas with my family

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Our daughter was able to join us and she enjoyed staying here as much as we did. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son and his girlfriend who live in Ohio.

Great overall explanation

Staying at this property was the kind of experience you hope for! It was clean, well maintained and as-advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet, which not only allowed for a good night’s sleep, but it allowed our dog to settle in nicely. Whenever we returned from being away for a while, we would find him all cozy and quiet in his travel cage. There was also a lot of attention to detail, which was appreciated. For example, many of the cabinets were labeled with what you could expect to find inside. We also made a couple of meals in the kitchen and it was nice to have access to plenty of pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. Communication with the host was exceptional. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to town to visit family!

Always A Great Place To Stay!

This is our third stay at Evan’s property. It has become our base for visiting our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. The home is in excellent condition and Evan always goes out of his way to ensure that we have a great visit. He even left the lights on for us this time, since we arrived after dark. Looking forward to our next stay.

Visiting our son

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. It was close up our son and when he and his girlfriend came to visit they enjoyed the starburst and skittles that were supplied by our host Evan. Evan was always available to answer questions and checked yo make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Notice: This is a smoker's house

Tidy and clean. Host was great at communicating. The house is a smoker's home. This should be stated in the ad. In our case we definitely wouldn't have booked had we known. Questioned host about this, they said the last person smoked and they tried to get the smell out. This strikes me as less than honest. The home smells like an old motel with years and years of smoking. When you sit on the couch it smells like smoke. The bathroom smells like stale smoke. If you aren't sensitive to smoke/ odors, it's a nice little house. If you have an issue with smoke/ odors you'd be better off finding another place to stay.

Quaint Property, Great Stay

This was a very quaint property. Loved the setup and amenities. This is a sweet two bedroom one bathroom located just south of downtown Worthington. The property owner was very responsive to all our concerns and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property was lovely and well kept. My family enjoyed the stay and made good use of the back yard with the fire pit. We loved being able to bring our dog with us and the space for him was great. Kitchen supplies were very surprising, allowing us to prepare several meals without having to get extra cookware. The kids loved the snack dispensers in the kitchen. There were also supplies for the dog, if we had forgotten anything. I highly recommend this property and the owner to anyone looking for a great stay in the Columbus area.

We had an amazing experience here! Their attention to detail is impeccable. Im always worried Im going to forget something but they had thought of EVERYTHING we needed to have an enjoyable experience. Everything you will need

We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is attending Vet school at OSU. The home is well equipped and has everything you need at a home away from home. The home is nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. The ping pong table in the basement was a nice touch. The host Evan checked on us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed, Great property!

Great Place to Stay!

My wife and I came up from Florida to see our son and daughter-in-law, and visit with our new granddaughter. The location of Evan’s place was ideal. The accommodations were 10/10, and the private parking for our car was great. The next time we visit, we will look at staying here.

Stay In Columbus

House was clean and comfortable. Lots of little amenities that made it feel like home! I especially appreciated the white noise machine, fan in the bedrooms, and dishes for the kids! It was close to many stores, restaurants, and shops! Such a perfect location that allowed us to easily take day trips to Cosi, Zoombezi Bay, and the Zoo. Host was very kind and had excellent communication. We loved the playing games, and thought the candy dispensers were such a fun touch!

Super Clean Property with Great Location

Charming duplex in a great location just off High Street about 5 minutes south of Worthington and 10 minutes north of OSU. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I loved that there were fans in the bedrooms. I'm someone that has a hard time sleeping without a fan so I was very happy that they were available. Nicely stocked utensils and cookware in kitchen including a Keurig with coffee. Cute patio with outside seating that overlooks a large green space in the back. Convenient parking as well. Evan, the host, was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

I honestly don't know where to begin! EVERYTHING was amazing! Evan checked in on us consistently. The house was beautiful! It was clean! It's EVERYTHING you see in the photos! The neighborhood was great! Everything was great! I travel frequently, so I'm always prepared. Cleaning products, towels, etc. This time...it was SO unnecessary!! The house was equipped with EVERYTHING you may need! This trip for us was simply to get away, take a break and try to reset for extremely unfortunate events that has to be dealt with this weekend. Evan left us absolutely NO worries!! There's not enough words to express the care and hospitality we received. Will DEFINITELY be going back!!!
