Dentro d la cama había un envoltorio d un dulce. No había té en el desayuno y el señor mayor empeñado fide estaba el café, yo le decía q te y le daba igual. Todo mal, el café en otra estancia y todo vacio

This hotel opened prematurely. It was a mess, dusty, and the room difficult to get to. You should not keep this hotel in your system. Ruined a wonderful trip.

This hotel is HORRIBLE!! When we entered the room, nothing in the room was plugged in no lights, nothing. The door peephole has a tissue stuffed in it. We were there 3 nights and never had any room service cleaning or new towels. We tried complaining to front desk but no one seemed concerned about it. I would never stay here!!!!

I felt like i was at the Bates Motel. It was starting to be renovated - do not go until after the renovation. I assumed that because it was a name brand, it would be OK. It smelled liked cigarettes, felt dangerous, and my shower only had cold water. The price was NOT worth it. Wait until renovations are finished and even then, be very careful. I am surprised Expedia even had it listed on its site.

Horrible -dirty- hole in shower ceiling 1 towel for 3 people blanket looked like a blanket used for moving and didn’t even fit bed. Dirt and other things on floor. Very Sketchy location Do not recommend at ALL!!!!

Toilet seat nor even attached to toilet. No carpet in hallways. Lobby and hallways stink really really bad along with the rooms. Used tampons left in garage in bathroom when we checked in. There was a nail on the floor that got stuck in my foot. Room was dirty. Garbage bags left outside doors in the hallways. Absolutely horrible disgusting place to stay

The property was very disgusting and unpleasant feeling there. Not a good place for anyone. False advertisement. Supposed to have a jetted tub, didn't, holes in walls, broken furniture. Wouldn't suggest to anyone at this particular location

Trash everywhere. Rooms not cleaned at all. No trash cans in any room. Refridgerator didn't work. No blinds for the window. TV had no cords to plug it in. Remote for the TV did not work, no batteries. The smell was so bad it made people sick. Never again.

The floors in the hallways were filthy, there were burn marks on the bathroom wall and the lock on my door didn’t work. I ended up not even staying here

This place was honestly not safe to be in. As soon as we walked in the room we knew we had to get a different hotel. The carpet was peeling up from the floor. Nothing had been swept in a really long time. The place smelled like smoke and there was mold in the bathrooms. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my stuff in the room.

Did not actually have breakfast available. Keycard had to be reset once a day. Bathroom floor was wet when I checked in since the sink was left on before I came in. Burn marks in bed sheets. Could hear everything in every room, hallway or on other side of window, even a key falling on ground like it was 5 feet from me.

The hotel itself is rundown and disgusting. There are bits and pieces of carpet covering a mild dude floor. There are holes and all equipment laying around all over the place. The room itself had mold growing in the bathroom and the ceiling in the inside of the shower, they tried to cover the terrible smell by putting incense an old nail holes in the walls of the room. It was a terrible experience, and I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. I am very disappointed in Expedia for posting the pictures that it did and making it look as though it was a decent hotel. The pictures that Expedia has posted is definitely not what you will see. Within the first 10 minutes of walking into the building there were two different people coming down, complaining and requesting new rooms because of how dirty and filthy their rooms were.

I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels and this was hands-down the worst experience. There were homeless people scattered around the front of the property when we pulled up. Walking in the first thing I noticed was how bad the lobby smelled. Everything was dirty and worn and the property was in the middle of a remodel. The hallways had not been vacuumed in weeks and there was dust and dirt everywhere. The carpet had been replaced however the bathroom was dirty with cracked tile and hair. This would’ve all been fine if the owner or manager had not been incredibly rude. He refused to give us extra pillows and when I express frustration he dared me to leave at 11:30 at night because he felt like he had power over me and I was stuck. Do not stay here ever even if it appears cheap

It doesn’t serve breakfast, which is the main reason I selected the hotel. It has layers of dust on the drawer, doors have chunks missing, drawer handles missing, no phone available in the room, water rotted wood, a huge roach was in the bathroom, shower not clean, there was a dirty wash cloth that was hanging on the shower rod, hallways and stairs had trash, sticky floors. We had to ask for a trash can for the room. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The name did not say Howard Johnson. If this was bought out by a new brand, they are definitely giving the Howard Johnson a bad reputation.
Towels looked like they were folded by a child and a filthy rag left behind
Huge bug in the bathroom.
Piles of dust on cabinets, drawers, and desk.
Hallway full of trash.
