This property was great. A quick drive to Columbus, Dublin, and downtown Powell. It was clean and cozy and we loved the fire pit outside. A great option for a family trip to the Columbus area.

Family golf retreat

Size, cleanliness, location...this was perfect for our weekend stay. The house had everything we needed and more and the yard with the fire pit area and multiple decks have plenty of options for relaxing and socializing.

Great spot to relax

We were travelling for my father's funeral. This beautiful home gave us space and quiet to recharge from the events of the day.

Beautiful and cozy home away from home!

I have nothing but amazing feedback. This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a weekend getaway. I would love to come back in the future! Very close to local establishments for shopping and eating. Everything with the check in and check out process was a breeze!

Bridal shower weekend

Beautiful property! The ranch house was just right for out of town family for my daughter‘s bridal shower. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a walk-in shower on the first floor for the grandmas. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Great country getaway

Wonderful, spacious home with two levels. A beautiful backyard and deck was a bonus. Close to shopping and restaurants but you don’t feel the hustle and bustle of the big city.We had an issue with the internet and TV reception but the host took care of it promptly.Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay!

Nice house

We were there to visit family in Powell, thus the location was perfect. My 87 year old mom loved her en-suite bedroom, although the bed was too high for her, we had to get a step stool. The kitchen was set up nicely, it would be good to add some essentials such as salt and pepper as we did prepare ther, my cousin loaned us some essentials. We wish we had time to enjoy the backyard fire pit with swings, that was a nice admentiy.

Great neighborhood

The home is in a great neighborhood in Powell, about 20 minutes from everything fun in the northern Columbus area. The house has plenty of space for adults and kids and there is a two car garage that is very useful. The backyard is beautiful with lots of space. It's clear that the home has been remodeled and there are a few quirky things like a hole in the bathroom that reaches the downstairs bathroom, covers on a wall that fall off, getting out of one of the showers puts you directly next to the toilet... Overall the house was comfortable in a great neighborhood and is a good option for adults.

OSU Grad/Family Gathering

Great space for our group. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the great backyard. They had a very nice coffee station for us to enjoy. Biggest issue was the internet was terrible. With 8 people on devices, some needing to do work on laptops, and only streaming for tv it was very frustrating. Cell service wasn’t great in the area either (at least for the 3 different providers we all had). Would be worth upgrading the service to accommodate large groups. The en-suite bathroom was also an issue as the shower can only be accessed by climbing around the toilet. Overall it met our needs and we had a great time being all together.

Wedding weekend

We rented this house so that we’d have a homebase for a wedding. So people were coming and going and some people stayed the night and then other people came and stayed the night and it worked out great. Everybody was appreciative. It was nice. Had enough bedroom sheets and towels. The only complaints there was not enough seating on the deck. There were only four high top chairs out there around a fire pit, which was a big let down when I looked in the fire pit table. There was no propane tank. I messaged the host and never got a reply so we never got to sit on the deck which we were looking forward to with that gorgeous fire table. That’s why it got four stars but other than that, it was clean there were enough beds. There was a sleeping sofa upstairs, but the sofa downstairs was not a sleeper sofa and it would’ve nice to have lamps in all the bedrooms. The two downstairs bedrooms had one lamp a piece, but the upstairs bedrooms did not have any lamps, and you had to have the overhead lights on which were very bright when you were in the bedroom.. but we enjoyed our stay immensely. We had nine people stay over one night and it accommodated all of us. There was three bathrooms, which was very adequate for all of us.

House was perfect for 5 of our family. Came in for a wedding and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We even had a great last night with a bon fire at the gazebo swings.
