The Host, was timely in response, but the condo smelled an ash tray of 30yrs. With a pregnant wife, we stayed less then 5min. And had to leave. Staff did leave a can of Lysol outside the door. But it was not what was expected. He responded with a form of cancelation or a different studio on the 3rd floor. Wasn’t what we wanted but in a jam after 16hr drive we was tired. The NEW place was good for everything except cleanliness. Any time I moved something, there was dirt, crumbs, or hair. And the couches had Bob pens, razor blades for shaving, chapsticks and hair clips n spare change. The tile in the shower needed cleaning. Just didn’t feel clean the longer we stayed. And didn’t want to touch anything. We stayed for a week, so we wanted to wash cloths but the washer machine smelled like mold/mildew so we didn’t want to risk our clothes ether and just packed them out in a bag. A 3 out of 5 is gracious. It has potential, but needs attention to detail and cleanliness.
