Like many of the other comments, house definitely needs updates. The futon in the living room was very stained and broken. We had to put a blanket over it to sit on it. The refrigerator did not make ice or water. There was no hair dryer like the add said, so I didn’t bring one. I was a little upset as I couldn’t do my hair like I wanted. The main bedroom had a lady bug problem as well. All in all it was okay, just needs some TLC and regular maintenance before someone stays

Got there and host had a pumpkin pie and some sodas and some rolls for a thanksgiving dinner. House was clean and what I expected. Manager and owner was in contact with me every step of the way. Very courteous and would recommend and would stay here again.

There was a lot wrong with the property and what was said said was misleading. We had no king bed, 2 queens, a sleeper and 2 twin beds. The beds were all hard and we ended up on an air mattress because we literally couldn't sleep. The dryer literally took 6, yes 6 cycles to dry towels. The master bathroom has a flickering light socket, you couldn't adjust the shower head or turn the shower head off and the toilet also ran the entire stay. The dishwasher backed up into the sink and wouldn't drain properly. The stove was a joke, the drip pans didn't fit the burners so the burners were at an angle, with that being said those burners couldn't be used safely. And last but not least the AC didn't keep the house at decent temp so you were either freezing or frying, no in between! The house is also in desperate need of updating and renovations. Super disappointed in the stay as a whole

Overall area was not bad, But be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, hand towel, and bath towels. We stayed with 2 of our kids both teenagers so it would have been nice to have more than 1 tv in the house.

Short Stay

We spent just two nights in this townhouse. The house was very clean, the AC works well and it had plenty of room for 4 adults. The beds are firm and the house could use a little TLC. The listing could include a clearer description of parking but overall our stay was satisfactory.

Clean

We needed a place to stay with pet friendly options after a pipe burst in our home locally. Very clean, a little outdated with a few hiccups but we were grateful to get this place for a great price in a good neighborhood, pet friendly.

Needs some attention

The house was dated which didn’t bother us, the flooring upstairs was very squeaky The driveway also needed some attention if you had more then 3 people in the vehicle the bottom of the vehicle would drag.

Needs Attention

The home that we arrived to was not the home advertised!! The home needs a good deep clean. We tried reaching out to the property manager and they stopped replying. The agitator in the washer was broke, the house was dirty, the beds are very thin and flimsy, one of the tubs does not operate anything but the showerhead only, we had to provide our own trash bags and toilet paper, there was a pest control issue that the property manager refused to acknowledge, and the neighbors were loud. This home could be great, but needs some attention. We will not stay again.

Sleepover At Grandma's House

Like stepping back in time to the late 70's early 80's at grandma house with the out dated worn furnishings and wallpaper. The house needs some love it even smelled old. It was clean for our stay but could use a more thorough cleaning. If you suffer with any allergies or asthma, you will have a hard time staying. Dust on the ceiling fans, balls of hair on carpet where vacuum did not pick up, debris still in vacuum so we did not use it. We only had one towel per room not per guest as the online listing states sleeps 8. US/toilet in king bedroom runs despite shake and wiggle of handle, all the ceiling fans rock back and forth when in use so we kept them on lowest setting. There were no vanities or dressers with mirror in bedrooms or mirror of any kind which was strange. The beds look more like Army cots and were not regular beds, just some mattress on a platform or spring cot-not comfortable. No TV's in any room except DS/Den, Livingroom area. It wasn't a big deal because only couple nights stay but if you stay longer only the one VIZO TV DS and the Wi-FI is slow. The fridge looked new and was very clean and spacious. PFH did not specific where to put code in on which key pad and I went to the adjacent apartment looking for key pad that was not in front at front door. Searched and called PFH contact number but after couple of us walked around the house checking the doors we finally figured it out. There is no yard as pictured. Driveway is the yard.

Floors werent the cleanest. Linoleum was sticky. The shower in the master bathroom does not work. But reasonably clean for the most part. Was a good decision nice area. We didn't come to sight see just family time well spent.

Just what we needed!

This is a 2-story townhome, very comfortable but not so overdone that you'd be afraid to touch anything! The occupants on other side were quiet. Secure but easy access. It had all we needed to enjoy our time with our soldier after TG. It's a very easy drive to the base from there (commute time approx 15 min at 0730 on weekday). The local department store neighborhood market delivered groceries to us without issues. Driveway is steep.

Could use updating

This property could use turn update. The oven has no symbols on it. To tell you what higher low is on or off. Anything like that the dishwasher it needs to be cleaned out. The cabinets were starting to fall off of the hinges the master bathroom I got locked in from the inside the handle was not working properly. The master bathroom toilet ran all night long. Other than that, it could use another TV and a different room.

Good rental if you have someone graduating at Moore and need a place to gather

My daughter and I were there to attend my grandson's graduation from infantry training. This house worked well for it. It was convenient to everything, easy to get around town and for us to bring him for the few hours he was allowed to leave base. The place is showing age and the walls need paint or cleaning. The oven kept turning itself on and my daughter complained that the bed was uncomfortable in the second bedroom. I didn't have any trouble in the master bedroom. It wasn't over-priced and it served its purpose well. They have a great system with the door code. I never needed to contact the manager, so, I have no thoughts on that. I gave communication 5 stars because I was provided all the information I needed to find the place easily and access it. It was all the communication I needed. I based on that, I believe management would have been available if I needed anything. If you are going to town for a few days to attend Ft. Moore graduation, it works.
