Clean and Comfortable

Overall I rated my stay 5 stars because the things I'm about to point out did not really deter from my stay. I stayed here for my son's army graduation. It was an easy drive to Fort Moore from here. It was also very close (10 minutes or less) from a wide variety of restaurants and stores. The street the house is located on is a bit concerning at first upon initial viewing due to neighbors two houses down on each side - very trashy looking yards due to multiple vehicles parked on their lawns and junk all over the yard. The two homes immediately next to the rental are fine. However, this was a quiet neighborhood and everyone just kept to themselves so we had no issues. The rental house itself was very clean and comfortable. The coffee nook with to go cups was an awesome touch and appreciated! The updates to the home are definitely DIY and some were done better than others but no biggy. I liked the layout of the house - open and cozy. Its been said in other reviews - a love seat or chair would be a good addition! The couch was super comfy and the huge TV was great but had there been more than the two of us it would have been awkward. The fridge was nice and new (but needs to be leveled). The sliding barn door to the laundry room looks nice but had to be opened each time I wanted to open the fridge door wide. Also, it would have been nice had there been a couple chairs & a small table on the back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee on a nice morning. Good price - I would stay again.

Nice place!

Super clean, comfy beds. I little more rehabbing needs to be done, but overall very nice. Another chair in the living room would be great.

A week in Columbus

We stayed a week in GA for my nephews graduation. The house felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was great having 2 bathrooms for our family to share. We would definitely request to stay here again in the future.

Clean & convenient to Columbus suburbs and Ft Benning

Comfortable home w/ great AC, and safe neighborhood close to groceries/Ft Benning post. Well stocked kitchen and Keurig coffee station. Good value!

Clean house, efficient host, neighborhood was average

The property was easy to find, check in and communications with the company managing the property were good- but the neighborhood was not what I expected. The home is smaller than it appears online- but it’s clean and comfortable. Just know that if you have more than probably 5 people it’s going to feel tight. Everything worked, the appliances were new and very clean, the coffee station was a welcome bonus- so all in all a decent stay.

House is very clean!! 👍😊

Great place. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. Dishwasher quit but they brought a new one to replace. The only disadvantage was best way to communicate was via email—which wasn’t a problem.

Graduation

The place was very nice. Some things need to be maintained better. The door knobs need tightening, the shower rods are loose, the kitchen faucet needs tightening, the washer and dryer are extremely loud and the dogs in the neighbors yard behind you bark all night outside. That being said the place was charming and we did enjoy our stay

Quiet neighborhood

This was my first experience with VRBO I usually pay hotel Prices but wanted a more home experience. The house accommodation was nice. Our only complaint was the mattress was too hard and the pillows too flat. Great communication with owner in a timely matter.

Decent place to stay

Overall the house was good and clean. The kitchen could use more equipping with baking sheets, mixing bowls and kitchen towels. There is an ant issue in the hall bath. The management company sent someone but didn’t solve the problem Also, it is located pretty far back in the neighborhood and was a little tedious getting to. It is still a decent place and better than a hotel room.

Absolutely Perfect!!

We needed somewhere to stay when we came to Columbus for thanksgiving. The house was very clean and ready for me to cook in! I have teenaged children that love to dance and the house provided plenty of room for that. Everything we needed was in close proximity to the property. This was an all around great stay!!! I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I come home to visit my daddy!
