“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”

“FANTASTIC!! Our family stayed at the Mill during our youngest son’s week at All Star Village. The ballpark is only 19 minutes away from ASV and the same to Cooperstown/Dreams Park. There were five of us that stayed, but we could have easily fit 10… the house is large. We swam in the stream and even went to a nearby lake and caught bass. We met the owner and learned about the property. The house and its history was a great addition to the trip! Highly recommended!!! ”
