“Staff, service and food were excellent. Exactly when you'd come to expect from a Holiday Inn. Sadly however the room looked tired and in need of some much needed TLC with a distinct lack of beside plugs and although the room was at far end of the building and away from general foot traffic it was right above the air handling units and plant so was noisey at night. The pool and locker rooms werent much better. The locker room was dirty (however, it was late in the day) and there was a nasty...

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”

“Rooms are motel style and are dated (don’t be fooled by the online photos) but room was clean, breakfast was good and staff were all fantastic and very accommodating with late check out, late breakfast (made to order so we could eat after Hillsborough Parkrun) and parking for the Wednesday match. Perfect location for Hillsborough Parkrun and Hillsborough stadium, will definitely be back! Thank you! ”
