Our home is perfect for up to 4 guests, making it a great choice for families, couples, or friends. Inside, you’ll find: two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double ded and another one with two single beds together. There are also two bathrooms and a cozy living and dining area, perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals together, or planning your next adventure.

The house offers access to a shared outdoor area, featuring a dining table, a chill-out lounge, and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals, or socializing. There is also a large indoor dining area for shared use.

Please note: access to the shared areas must be confirmed with the property in advance.

A car is essential for getting around.

The property has decibel detector.

Distribution of places:
-One bedroom with a double bed (2 guests)
-One bedroom with two single beds together (2 guests)

Included amenities:
-Two towels per guest
-1 basic cleaning kit
-Some complimentary coffee
-2 rolls of toilet paper
-1 roll of kitchen paper
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours must be respected.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
