Explore Betws y coed, the gateway to Snowdonia National Park and its attractions such as National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens, Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and RSPB’s Conwy Nature Reserve and fishing lakes.


Set on the owner’s farm, where privacy is assured, this detached property is full of surprises and all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. Enter through the patio doors into the spacious conservatory, flooded by natural light, with dining table to enjoy a meal and comfy seating to sit and embrace the Conwy Valley countryside views. This beautiful room flows through to the lounge with relaxed seating, pebble effect electric fire and a Smart TV with sky standard package, making this the favourite spot to relax after a long, busy day. There is also a table football table for fun nights in. Back through the conservatory, and into the inner hall, you will find a small work station, the main bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and staircase leading up to the bedrooms. Step down to the stylish kitchen which is well-equipped to prepare a meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Heading upstairs you will find the double bedroom with TV and a single room with en-suite WC.


Outside there is the garden with pretty borders and paved patio, simply relax and unwind as you enjoy a truly magical break here. There is private off-road parking for two cars.
