Nestled in the pretty countryside of the Bigouden region, this is a charming property that we invite you to discover for a wonderful land-and-sea holiday.

In its hamlet, it is a true rural haven that can accommodate 6 people.

Its large enclosed garden of 900 m² is an ideal playground for the youngest. And its beautiful wooden terrace of 100 m² is just waiting for barbecue enthusiasts and guests gathered around its table.

Outside, the charm of old stone works its magic immediately. Inside, the wooden beams will seduce you with their warm appearance.

A large white open-plan kitchen, practical and fully equipped, will allow you to cook together. To express your culinary talents, you will have access to an induction hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, and a microwave.

Not too comfortable at the stove? A toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle, and you will ensure a great breakfast.



A large convivial table will allow you to savour the fruit of your culinary efforts.



To relax, several spaces are available to you. First, the garden and its terrace with sun loungers at your disposal to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

Inside, a beautiful TV lounge area, with its welcoming sofas and armchairs, its home cinema, and for subscribers, access to Netflix (access to national channels is not available in the rental)

Finally, a bright reading corner, set slightly apart, completes this large, open-plan living space.

The ground floor ends with a magnificent bedroom, with a Queen size bed, a bay window overlooking the terrace, but above all, its en-suite bathroom, in which you will find THE surprise of the house: a Jacuzzi bathtub! With a view over the surrounding countryside. A dream for relaxation.



On the upper floor, two large double bedrooms, one of which has a Queen size bed, complete the sleeping arrangements. You will also find a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and 2 sinks.

For added comfort, the house has 2 separate toilets. You can use the washing machine, the barbecue, the hair dryer. It is possible to park up to 4 cars on the property.

Enjoy a getaway to Combrit Sainte-Marine! You will discover the lovely fishing port of Sainte-Marine, located on the Odet estuary and labelled a Port of Patrimonial Interest. It offers a peaceful atmosphere with its fishermen's houses, colourful boats and beaches. You can notably visit its Abri du Marin, the little pink house on the port, built in 1910 to help sailors find their way.

During your stay, you can also walk along the Odet from one of the many coastal paths or cross it during a boat trip. You can easily reach the Glénan Archipelago. Finally, the Combrit lighthouse offers a panoramic view over the coast and the ocean.
