“This was our first stay here and hopefully will be our place to stay whenever we visit Fredericksburg. The view was wonderful and the deer made it even better. Breakfast is furnished but bring your own milk. Also there is no TV in the cottage. Other then that we really enjoyed it.”

Close enough to civilization you can run to town for necessities but far enough away to enjoy the splendor of the rolling hills. The views from the deck are incredible. It’s also right across the street from the Nature Reserve, and the River Walk Trail. It was so fun to spend mornings walking with our coffee and seeing birds, fish, deer, and other small mammals!”
