To reach the Volta Luxury Collection structure by train the closest train station is Como San Giovanni.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a 65" Smart TV. On the lower level, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The under-stairs area is used as a storage space with a washer-dryer. The mezzanine level includes a second double bedroom and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The apartment is equipped with a remotely controlled air conditioning system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. There is also a mechanical ventilation system that maintains optimal indoor air quality by regulating humidity. For the system to work properly, it is recommended to keep the windows closed.
