“Good stay at Port Blair”

“Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we...

“Nice and clean”

“The facility was very sweet, they packed us breakfast at 6am since we had a flight to board.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. “Good property. Very near to airport. Very affordable . No negatives ”

Hence 1st worst was the cancellation of booking by hotel at last moment and 2nd is the customer care of Expedia or hotel.com who waste your time by pulling you in long calls and ultimately with no resolution. I will advise to book through better competitors like MakeMyTrip...
