They offered me a room change but the damage had already been done (I had traveled 36 hours to get there) so I decided after the first night to change hotels. I lost two nights and no partial compensation was offered nor did they attempt to contact me afterwards.”

“Villa was nice with 3 stories and 2 double bed (one was on the platform, one was on the bedframe). Pool was closed during winter season. Bed was comfortable. Cons: Badly maintained. Shower glass door makes high pitched noises when open/close. when we tell the reception, she told us it's like that and it felt unsafe using it. Roof top has a pungent smell but we only went up once to see the view. Very quiet location and good for the price I paid. It would be perfect if the hotel would do...
