Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 10 of 3 generation family and we all enjoyed the clean home so spacious. It was close to everything store, bar, ice cream shop and the river. We built wonderful memories. The only issue we had for our elders was to many stairs so having a bathroom in the living area was great. Overall it was a great time for everyone.

We had to use the upstairs door to gain in trance and one of the stove burners didn’t work but over all very pleased and will be returning

It was beautiful, and spacious, and the perfect size for our group. The only thing we had an issue with was we kept running out of water. I’m sure it wasn’t the houses fault, but that was the only kind of bad thing about the house. I would stay at the house again in future trips, and I would also recommend family and friends to go stay there as well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing. The house was very clean. It had some great Great views. The staff was friendly at check in and check out. Only problem I had was that even after calling 5 hours ahead of time the house wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour to get the keys and didn’t let me check out late the day of departure. Other than that great house. Definitely family friendly

Would be nice to have an umbrella or some type of shade at pool. Maybe a few more bowls in kitchen. Otherwise excellent property!

The laundry room key didn't work but we got around it. There are a lot of stairs so be aware. There are really only 2 bedrooms upstairs, the third bedroom sleeps 10 with one bathroom. The nice was great everyone loved it. Wifi would have been nice I was okay without it. The overlook is really nice feature but the steps are steep. We would rent this place again for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with our stay, toilets did not work properly, some of the electricity outlets did not work, and if it did work it work spark. Very unsafe for kids. On the second story the railings were wobbly. Very disappointed, we ended up leaving early. This stay was not worth the price we payed

Reviewer Comments: Was kicked out in the middle of the day with my grandkids and children and was called disgusting and I cried cause yes there was no broom in cabin and our first night we celebrated. I understand my son had a party in the other cabin but we thought it was ok since he goes to parties out there every weekend. I took days off work and everyone there. Also the lady was upset cause I had more people than 10 adults and 6 children but this cabin was for 32 people. I cried like a baby in front of my children and grandkids when I’m supposed to be the strong one . The kids were scared and we left and now she’s charging me for cleaning when she kicked us out

Water shutoff with no communication

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We get that we stayed there during a drought, and understand the conservation efforts put into place. What we didn’t appreciate was not telling us about it in advance so that we could be prepared for no running water at night when people had to use the bathroom. The water also shut off in the middle of the day on the Friday we were there. We also don’t get why this was the only house that shut off water. We rented a house next door, and water service was not interrupted. We asked our neighbors on the other side as well, and there was no water shutoff for them either. When we brought this to the owner/management and asked for a concession, we were denied and insinuated that we were being less than truthful, which we didn’t appreciate. I’d suggest finding a different house with more hospitable management.

Coyote Canyon - our vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a descent size and accurate as to how many ppl it can sleep, however the beds are not comfortable at all.! Upstairs (3rd floor) is where the 2 separate bedrooms are between a full bathroom. Springs are felt through the mattress in the bedroom with just one queen, other bedroom has a broken bed frame so you lay crooked. No A/c in that bathroom either. The A/C in the first floor Bunkhouse where most of the beds are at was unbearably hot almost 87 degrees we had to complain nonstop before they finally brought a second tiny window ac to help cool it off, but not after our kids and other family members wound up leaving entirely because of it being too hot for them, also one of the twin beds in the bunkhouse is broken really bad too and they didn’t replace it. The cable didn’t work on any of tvs either , put a damper on things when we have snap kids that wanted to watch cartoons. There were outside lights that didn’t work and a repair guy came to fix them being it was in a very important spot like a staircase and you need light there! The pool was nice and the kids did enjoy that. The large decks were nice as well just wish everything else could’ve been up to par too! You pay good money for a family vacation and expect it to be at least descent and what it was described. Also, maybe for future renters y’all should really put in the description how many sets of stairs that are within the unit as well as explain the only way to the 2 bedrooms is by a spiral staircase from the 2nd floor living room! My sister in law had a really hard time enjoying herself and stayed on the second level most of the time because the stairs were very scary and difficult for her.
